Today I attended the Herb Planting Class at Kospia Farms. First I want to comment that with…read moreeverything going on at the Farm today in celebration of Mothers, it was very well organized. Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you.
