Best haircut I've had in a very long time. We're in the process of moving down here and I was hoping not to get a haircut until we went back up north. But I desperately needed one now and I checked the Yelp reviews and this place got rave reviews. I can tell you, they are well deserved! Juwan (not sure of the spelling of his name) cut my hair. He gave me recommendations for how short it should be and he was spot on. He was meticulous and took his time, although I was done in 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. They do require appointments, which I prefer. They're in the Dollar Tree Shopping Center so parking is not a problem. When we move down here permanently, this place is my go to barbershop and Juwan is my go to barber! read more

While it's apparently THE place to be if you are a Miami Shores resident over the age of 55, they always are super friendly and have reasonable prices compared to those fancy Wynwood salons. Bad service. Three times asked to wash my head before the cut and was told: "It is not necessary". Have to mentions w we, that my head was messy, as I just came on the morning after an intense workout. The barber showed his attitude to me and I believe was saying some nasty words to me in Spanish when we went to wash my head. After that I felt that he could do a bad job with my hair and left. Bad service as I believe that customer's needs have to go first and not making him to ask multiple times what he wants . read more

The haircut was really cheap for how great of a job they did. I had a guy named Manny cut my hair. He was very professional and took his time to make it look exactly how I wanted it to. Nice little barber shop in Miami Shores. They have people in a back section that do manicures and pedicures, but I've only gone there for a hair cut. They're super friendly and the last time I was there, they had some Cuban coffee delivered and they gave me a Cortadito. Talk about service! : ) read more

I like this place! It's a no-frills barber shop with an old school feel. I didn't get Franco but it was interesting listening to him talk while my son got his hair cut. Went here on a Saturday with my boyfriend and it was pretty busy. There was 3 in front of us, but they have a large sofa to relax on. Pretty much a no frills kinda place. You can tell the barbers have been there a while as they seemed to know everyone that walked in. The haircuts were $17 and a beard trim is $8. So not bad. We left a $5 tip. I was cut by Jose and my bf was cut by Manny. Both guys were very friendly and finished by asking if we were satisfied. Worth the trip! read more
