Here were the extra perks that really sold my man (and me ): 1. He appreciated Brittney's technique, professionalism, restaurants recommendations and overall conversation. The last time we went, the haircut wasn't great...not horrible but uneven and choppy. The stylist seemed to be new, and we just noted it as a one off, no big deal. Today is my son's 13th birthday and he wanted to get his haircut, so we gave Rooster's another shot. I hesitate to make such a negative review, but this was a truly ugly cut. So uneven, bangs cut to a point in the middle between his eyebrows, his face was totally covered in hair-there was no brush off or anything. We were both very disappointed. $32 for something that I could have stayed home and hacked at his hair with kitchen scissors and done just as well if not better. I'm sad to say that we won't be back.

She got it cut to her shoulders one time and hated it; the cut was terrible. This time, this was our first trip ever to Mastercuts, and we will definitely return! She gave us time to choose the style we wanted, she worked with us all through the process to ensure she was doing what we wanted, and she explained everything so we knew what we were getting. Good cut, perfect match to the photo we chose online, and excellent information regarding products, so we purchased some shampoo and conditioner. We will return to Ashlee in the future!
