The staff were really friendly, and even processed the run time of all the tapes together and called us to confirm the price of conversion (about $40 per hour of footage) before starting the job. They used our own USB drive, although they offer some for sale as well. They even fixed a tape that had gotten damaged when we tried to play the VHS films at home! It's not a cheap service, but if you convert to digital files you'll probably never have to worry about re-converting them again. The memories are so worth it, and we were so happy to find The Video Editor on Yelp to help us with this task. Lastly, stepping into this store is like stepping into the 90's, I didn't realize how much I missed the vibes!!
