Waited for like 20 min to only be told we had to make an appointment. So we took our money and went to security service who helped us out right away. Went back to WF to get money. Still 5 people in line and someone went down the line and asked what each person was doing. She said we can look at the schedule and I said nope already getting signed up at security services. Hey WF. Customer service means customer service and no shove off customers. The teller didn't even try to help or come up with solution. Sad.
