I pushed the "call teller" button to ask if everything was okay with my transaction/deposit and the lady proceeds to talk over me and say "MA'AM WE'RE HELPING CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY" in a very rude tone . Even with a 700+ credit score my vehicle loan interest rate is 6.2%. I attempted to refinance but the lowest they'll go on an interest rate is 5.5 percent and all that would save me is $4.00 a month. If you can wait until RBFCU stops behaving like a greedy, soul sucking, scumbag bank and brings interest rates back to planet Earth please wait. Don't throw your hard earned money away to them.

I talked to two or three managers and district managers, and they all seen that they wanted to cover this incident up Well this it happened numerous times well then finally I went into the bank one day and I don't like going there I will go drive 10 miles more not to go into this branch because I've had nothing but problems now the last time I went in there it does say operating hours so when a bank opens up, shouldn't you be ready to do business Well I went up to the front counter because I was having a yard sale and I needed some change while the person that was assisting me was lost. She did not know what was going on then she tells me when I get to the front. Oh, I don't have any money. I gotta get that. No come on the banks been open for five minutes and you're not ready for business then she try to pass me onto another person because she didn't know what she was doing. All I needed was to get one dollar bills five dollar bill bills some quarters and some dimes and pennies for a yard sale. This person just couldn't do it lost in our own. I don't know what was going on, but she just couldn't do her job. I had to repeat and write down three times what I wanted and she still messed that up what should've took no more than two or three minutes per long to 12 minutes Now I don't wanna close my account because that's a hassle, but I do not go into this branch of Bank of America anymore while in there, I was listening to I think a manager there was three or four people waiting in line one elderly gentlemen, had to make a deposit. This person was trying to convince this old man with a walker to go out to the ATM and deposit the money there he said I'm not too familiar with these machines. I prefer the cashier then the manager did the same thing again telling him to go out to the ATM? This is why I do not like going into this branch of Bank of America like I said I will drive 10 miles more 15 miles more to go into another branch then walk in into this place, there's always problems there's always issues And you can never get questions answered so now I am very seriously thinking it's time to change my bank and go to a bank where they treat people with respect and treat you as a person not as a number or go to the ATM if you depend on the ATM so much why don't you just close this branch down because it seems like the ATM is doing more work than the people inside sorry dissatisfied customer I'm giving you one star that's just to push it through and actuality it's minus stars

They advertise that they are to serve their members AND the community.... but they need to say "they will serve ONLY their members". I am a retired Army LTC and I went into the credit union today, since it is right next to the commissary. I asked the teller for $100 in ten and $100 in five dollar bills, in exchange for $200 in $20 bills. He told me that "due to new Federal Regulation, they couldn't do that for me unless I was a member." What a crock!! There is NO Federal Regulation that crazy! I did go across the road to Broadway bank who was happy to provide the service. You can bet that I will go back to Broadway bank but NOT to Randolph Brooks in the future!

How can my current balance be double of my credit limit? No way of knowing how this happen. I only use this card to shop at Costco and no way I buy that much items at Costco. I love Costco, however, I hate the credit card offered by them. high interest rate and terrible customer service via chat (only way to communicate with them). I'm canceling that account and going with just a standard Costco membership card. Problem with Costco is they do not accept any card other then Visa. My bank's credit card and debit cards are Mastercard. Never taking out another Citi credit card.
