I came to the bank for the first time today. I opened some bank accounts with the help of Stephanie. She was so very informative and helpful. This bank is very clean and organized. All of the employees were very kind. They're banking. Options are fabulous. Everything earns interest and there are no account fees unless someone goes overdrawn. This location truly has the worst ATM! It never works for deposits. It will spit out almost all your money over and over even though there's nothing wrong with it . You'll keep trying over and over again and it won't take any of your money except maybe a dollar or two. It's not accepting withdrawals right now so you can't even withdraw money from your bank account. This ATM is truly a joke. Came from San Antonio and their RBFCU ATMs are completely 100% different. They have brand new ATMs with multiple options to personalize your withdrawals and the fact that we have to deal with these terrible ATMs over here makes you just want to close the whole bank account!! read more

I have been with this credit Union for over 10yrs and the reason I gave them a one star is the best thing about them is early pay. It seems if you don't sign up for courtesy pay they will put you on it anyway so they can collect. Four times I have purposely not had funds in.my account because other arrangements of payment were made. Others who have not gotten the memo or just ignored our agreement were able to get a payment. I spoken with RFCU who told me I need to talk to the one that took the money and if they can give them in writing that this was an error then I would be refunded. I express how I felt of this not being correct since I bank with RBFCU and was told that is what can be offered to me. I strongly recommend anyone not to bank with this Credit. read more

Absolute ZERO trust in this Bank! Have yet to go a year or six months that haven't had a fraud incident. At the worst possible moment your card will be declined and you will have to call to ask what is going on. Today, after shopping and getting all the way to pay, my card declines, so me and my kids have to walk out of the store empty handed, embarrassed, and see what is going on. The bank is closed so I can't access my money. Tomorrow I will be switching banks. When they ask you about who has access to your card I can't help but to think YOU DO- THAT'S THE PROBLEM. read more

Do not do business with this crappy organization! They will rip you off in a heartbeat. After getting the run around about unauthorized charges on my account I'm told I still can't get my money back. I have asked 3 times for help on an extension on my loans... due to loss of job. I finally got one for my Signature loan, after I scrounged up enough money. I have to pay to get help from this crap bank. NOW, I got help on that loan, they still REFUSE to help me with my car loan. The woman who called me back, with her attitude was horrid, telling me I Can take it or leave it, with NO help. Why would I waste my time calling and begging for help, if I didn't need it. If I could leave 0 I would. I've had this banking for a while now. I always have made my account stay positive and have made sure I did nothing to wrong. That being said, One of the workers "accidentally" put money into my account. THERE MISTAKE!!! I used my account like I would normally and then they call me and say that I HAVE TO PAY FOR THERE MISTAKE!! Now they took the money making my account negative, are ruining my credit for not being able to pay for it, paying for there mistake of taking the money and now making my account negative. I can not believe they would do this to a loyal customer over money that they could pay for and I cannot. Ruin some ones life when you apparently care for your clients. Pathetic. RBFCU - Stonehill in Pflugerville, is one of the nicest and friendliness credit unions I have been too. I have always received excellent service and waiting times are very short. Needed a Safe Deposit Box and they were super easy to work it and the technically to access my new box is outstanding. I've financed several vehicles though RBFCU and have received excellent interest rates. At the being of opening my account I kept forgetting my password to access account online and they helped me out by using their lobby computers. Also the location is convenient. There are many veterans in this area and I sure they like the location too. read more

Where's 0 stars when you need it for poor customer service (except Julien, he's pretty cool). Do not bank with RBFCU, there's other credit unions with more flexibility, good customer service and less fees. How do I know? Being a disabled vet's spouse, I've traveled the world and I currently bank with Navy Federal Crdeit Union (NFCU) (20 years this year). However, I needed a local bank being that NFCUs closest location is in San Antonio. NFCU has been hands down the best credit union (bank) I've been with. Anywho, the manager Lindsey is horrible, makes you feel like you're trying steal from the bank or something (don't bother speaking with her if you have an issue) and Tony is in need of more training, poor guy! Beware of overdraft "protection". Opt-out!!! I understand the 5-6 transfer limit (that's how I budget by making transfers via online, in-person or ATM, that's me) but I don't understand how I get charged overdraft protection fee if I have money in my savings account, I've made a deposit prior to fee for the transaction, and I've opted out of overdraft protection a few months back. I'd rather my card decline than pay a freaking $24 fee. So, Tony tells me they will need to research and speak with the representative that helped me in Feb. I'm thinking, okay, what is that gonna do? It'll do nothing, because when I went back inside to get documentation of "opting-out" AGAIN, another rep., stated that that specific rep. quit 1-2 weeks ago and no longer worked at RBFCU. You're lying Tony! After this I'm kinda of perturbed and I speak with the manager, she's not any better. I will be closing my account. The moral of the story is go somewhere where you're appreciated, that has good customer service, and is loyal to you because you've been loyal to them. I want to feel valued customer. Hint: Greater Texas Federal Credit Union or Navy Federal Credit Union. If you decide to stay with RBFCU, get documentation for every transaction and visit the Domain location where there are friendly reps. and better customer service. read more

I just moved to the area and went here to open a personal checking account. I was greeted by a pleasant staff member who checked me in using a kiosk, then sent me to a waiting area. About 10 mins later, she escorted me to an office where there was yet another kiosk. I sat in that office, alone, listening to hold music and bank commercials for 45 minutes until I gave up.
