I asked my company when the check cleared, it cleared in 4 days. I still did not get the funds until 12 days. I'm probably going to switch to Bank of America. My daughter started an account there and walked out with a working debit card and instant money from one of my checks. All I got at Wells Fargo was a forty minute registration set up time and a printout showing my account number. It was 12 days until I had more than a partial deposit and it was 10 days until I got an ATM card! I recommend B of A

If it wasn't cause our pastor has his home loan there we would have pulled out our money and closed the account . In my opinion those young tellers need updated training in customer service , human relations, and customer appreciation. I suspect they leave you hanging on your phone until you drop dead or totally flip out.
