We reached out to him back in March 2022 when I was stationed in NM. Third Federal gave me until October 22nd to provide proof of insurance. I sent in proof of insurance on October 22. On October 23, Third Federal force-purchased flood insurance for me and backdated it to September 4. They then expected me to pay for it. After speaking with many employees and showing them the email they sent me confirming they received my insurance email on October 22, Matthew Huml still decided I was supposed to pay the backdated bill. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer and advise you to STAY AWAY.
