This has to be the worse repair shop I ever worked with or there lack of. They allow the…read morereceptionist to approve work to be done on vehicles without informing the car owner of insurance approvals. The receptionist also blocks phone calls. I've called there at least 5 times and was told the manager would call me back to no avail. I would definitely never take another car that I own and/or will tell anyone to NEVER do business with them. It is sad that this company have people preying on customers. Oh did I mention my deductible had been met. This sounds fraudulent and investigative. Precision Paint and Collision will be contacted by my lawyer. Patrons please be aware.
