I would like to express my appreciation to Tiny and Patrick for helping me solve a leaking problem with a rear window hatch on my Ford Escape 2012. When I first visited Wilson's Body Shop, Tiny took time to try to find solutions on the internet. After several tries and could not find what he was looking for, he went outside and walked me the process of finding the leak in a very mythological way. I went home and did exactly what he said to do and found my leak. I revisited the body shop and Patrick ordered the part. 2 days later the part came in and the following morning, I had Patrick install the new tail light. He showed me where the leak was originating at and went through what service he performed in detail. My wife and I have had 2 experiences there. A few years ago, a tree branch had fallen and shattered the back windshield of her previous car. A windshield repair service worker said he couldn't fix it, because the body was bent. She took it there for an estimate and was told something like "Yes it can be fixed. We don't need to straighten it. Just take your car to..." and they named another windshield repair company. Shortly afterward, the windshield was fixed. Wilson's could have told her, "We'll straighten the bent area," and we never would have known the difference (it did look bent). They didn't, though. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. The passenger's side front fender of my wife's car was damaged slightly. We took it to Wilson's today, and they had it fixed within half an hour. I have not had my car serviced yet, but if the service is anything like the customer service I received from Tiny ( the owner) this will be the body shop that will work on my car. I've been having a battle with the dealership where I purchased my car. I had to have a bumper replaced on my car after I was rear-ended by someone. Jesse guided me through the entire process. The process took longer, due to the insurance company that I was dealing with. But, in the end, my car was fixed properly and I am very happy with the results.
