Horrible customer service. I had repairs done due to an car accident (GECIO insurance referral). I was never notified by the auto repair shops findings of damages I was blind sided at pickup. No one called me to notify me of the damages covered by insurance that they will be fixing. Upon completion I was given a stack of papers and was told here is what we did as if I know how to understand their language used to document repairs. No one explained anything to me throughout the process of my car being repaired at this shop. Overall experience was horrible. I have used Corbitt's for 2 of my vehicles. After body work on the first one , my headlight stopped working which they had JUST replaced With my second vehicle, I had some minor work done with a part replaced. In less than 6 months the entire part fell off my car. When I went to have the repair redone , Craig tried to accuse me of pulling the part off manually. it took 6 weeks for them to complete the order for my part and I was told AFTER the work was complete that the repair wasn't under warranty and I was expected to pay full price even though their policy states all repairs are under warranty for the life of the vehicle. I was told the owner would contact me the next day to follow up and answer my questions, now there's an excuse and straight up nasty attitude and poor customer service when I call to follow up and i STILL haven't heard from the owner over a week later. I would NEVER bring another vehicle here again. read more

I wouldn't take my bike here to get fixed. They have had my car over 2 months and didn't have enough common sense to do a full and complete estimate for insurance. Great shop, great staff. I was having issues with my dealer and some parts/delays. Corbitt's was able to get me scheduled for repairs within a week after two months of dealer back and forth. Had an insurance claim and my vehicle needed to be repaired. It took a 1 week to repair about $1100 worth of damage. Took a star off because customer service on the phone was not great - also when I called ahead I was told car would be ready 4 days later and the following day I was told I had to pick up within the next 2 hours. I have an Acura ZDX...and the entire taillight assembly had to come out just to change the blown brake light. For weeks...I have stopped at random auto body/repair shops trying to get it changed as I already had the bulbs. Out of sheer frustration I tried to change it myself...epic fail! I went to New Orleans this weekend and got stopped. Luckily I got off with a warning. So this morning I started me search again for someone who could change the brake light. Repair work was done professionally, however the two ladies at the front desk will tell you whatever they need to so you will just go away! "We will call you when it's ready" - is the standard line. Then when you stop by or call "should be the end of the week" - but never is! They will kidnap your vehicle and leave you waiting FOREVER until it is done. Go somewhere else if you can! So far not so good. They've had my car since Friday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. It's now 3:00 Monday! I called earlier this morning to check the status and was told that I would have an estimate by the end of the day. I just called in 3:00p.m because I hadn't heard anything from anyone and was told that I won't have an estimate until tomorrow. I'm getting a little annoyed because I need my car fixed as soon as possible!! *Update* After contacting them AGAIN & my insurance adjuster they literally contacted me back after 15 minutes of getting off with my adjuster. Unfortunately my car was considered a total loss so hey it is what it is! I did appreciate them taking all my belongings out my car & putting them to the side for me to pick them up after the tow truck came to pick up my car to dispose of it. read more

This is arguably the worst body shop in the metro area. My car sat, not being worked on for several weeks, at which point the excuse was they were waiting on a supplement from my insurance company, and it was only after I started calling daily that work finally started on my car. Now over a month later I still don't have my car and although they said again it'll be ready today, it's not. Another lie! I'm never going to get my car back just being nice... and I didn't want to, but at this point I'm going to go ahead and hire a lawyer. It just really shouldn't have to take all this, but I guess I learned my lesson about not just getting it fixed at the actual dealership. Smh read more

I may not be the worlds luckiest driver and had many drivers try to play bumper cars with me.. I use corbitts regularly for claims (3) and they used to be really slow but did really nice work so it was okay that they were slow! Recently they fixed some major damage for me in A WEEK... how?! Thank you! Also I travel for work almost every week. If you're an auditor or consultant definitely use Corbitts. Corbitt's have equipment for plastic welding repairs many other collision centers don't have and highly skilled associates. My car looks brand new and I am very critical of my vehicles appearance. They handled everything with my insurance company other than the initial filing of the claim. They only had my car a few days and very accommodating. Great customer service. Top notch, I would NEVER go to another collision center. I used them back in 2003 and again before Thanksgiving when I was rear ended. This is the best service you will get, hands down. After I got my vehicle back I was having a problem and I wasn't sure whether it was related to the accident. Mr, Corbitt had me bring it in as soon as I could, and put it up on the rack to have a look. The issue ended up not being related to the accident at all AND I just needed a new battery. Great Place to have work done on your vehicle. Very polite, and respectful people. I took my first car here to have work done back in 2013 they did a very very good job. There was nothing to complain about, it was Practically brand new. However I just recently to my 2015 Chrysler 200 there in January 2016. To be fixed and again they did a great job on the body of the car, However my horn (beep beep) is working and My Alarm is working, Also Isn't beeping when I lock my car doors. I Alerted them about the situation the same day I was there to pick my car up. So they to it back around back to see if there was anything they missed. Michael came back out and told me they retract all the plugs and everything was hooked up right. So he insisted that I take it to Don Jackson Chrysler Dealer shop to see if there's anything they would know about the situation. I called Don Jackson they aren't able to see me until the 3rd week in February. Michael Corrbitt also said he'll pay the bill if any works has to be done on it. So again they're good people. It's just I don't feel like my car was completely fix especially because of the totally amount everything came to that had to be fixed. I feel like if you fixed and replace everything that stated in bill it should be working. Oh another Great thing is they give lifetime warranty on everything they fixed. So until the 3rd week in February and I see if he really holds up his end of the deal, I don't know if I'll be returning there for any work done on my car. read more

I found this company on Yelp and decided to try them based on reviews, First they've had my car for over a month to fix minor repairs. I dropped my car off on June 8th 2015 for repair and was told by Billy that it should be about a week before completion. So June 18th Corbitt's stopped work because the door they had received was no good and they had to get another door. Corbitt's said it took them a couple of days to get the door. So i'll give them until 22 June 2015 to get the new door. But until July 8th to repair the car!!!!! Really this long. So Corbitt's called me on July 8th 2015 @ 10:43 AM and said my car was completed and ready for pick up. I get to Corbitt's around 3:37 pm on July 8th to pick up my car, when I arrive they tell me car want start, very strange never had any issues with this car. I was told my car was in the wash bay getting ready to be washed for my arrival and pickup. But another employee decided he wanted to drive my car around the parking lot just to place the car back into the same car wash bay that the car was already in, and the employee says the car died in the parking lot, so when I arrive at 3:37 PM my car is just sitting there unable to start because they employee had now flooded my rotary engine, which is super hard to start after flooding, I can only imagine how flooded it would be from attempting to start it from 10:37 that morning. So since my car wouldn't start I looked at the work that was done to my car and saw that the mirror that was installed was broken, who would put a broken mirror on a car to start with if it was broken why didn't you return it???? and then the molding that was put on the door, they didn't even clean the old molding off and it looks horrible on the car. So I point the items out to tone of the owners Billy and he says they'll fix, I will update one I receive the car back and tell if those items were fixed or not. read more
