I told Lizette my problem areas and she began terrorizing me, I kept telling her what she was doing was way to hard, I kept jumping and complaining and she kept saying I had to take the "therapy" she was giving. After about five minutes I stated getting up and told her I was leaving. When she saw I was serious she said she would give me a different type of relaxing massage. It was the same movements she had tried before but somewhat tolerable. She was done in about 30 minutes and then covered me and told me to relax.

An hour later he called me and told me a good customer was willing to mover their slot for us to get in one after the other. Gabe was professional, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. Turns out, they are required by law to post their license on the walls. TOO many places in El Paso are not licensed or properly trained. I paid for their "service", even paid extra fees for them to come to my home. I scheduled this on June 1st. And then 20 hours before the appointment I get a TEXT letting me know that they cannot come out to my home, they do not provide this service (even though the service IS stated as at home). I explain to them that I have a child on life support and cannot make it out to them. Too bad was essentially their response. I then contact the office whom setup the appointment (in Canada) and they informed me that this location should NEVER had told me such a thing - that as per policy they MUST provide in-home service. I tell them I want a refund; I have lost all faith. After contacting the Canada office, the El Paso office was very nasty to me they added "and you lied about having a son on Life Support." Call Dr. Martha Butler-Manquero and ask her if my son Jonathan is NOT home bound and on life support. What WORMS! HORRIBLE! I could never do business with people of such low regard towards others. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
