My husband and I went to Blush for the first time to get couples massages. Because we were receiving 60 minute massages, we had access to the steam room and complimentary valet parking. The spa itself is beautiful, simplistic, and relaxing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and thorough. The massages were incredibly relaxing, but also firm enough to really work out some of the discomfort I have from sitting around in an office job all day. The first time I went to Blush was last year before I deployed. I got a nice facial there. It was the first facial I've received from a professional place. I didn't know what to expect, but it was excellent. I thought I give it a second try after returning from deployment, and I felt like a whole new person (not exaggerating). I got a facial from Jennifer the second time I went, and she was terrific! She recommended some of the eminence products for my skin type, and I haven't had a breakout since then, and I can see the improvement on my skin. It was incredible and definitely worth the money. I used to absolutely love Blush and I would go since they were located on Montana. However, the gift card policy I have a huge issue with. My husband got me a gift card for our anniversary a while back, but I got COVID pretty severely. I was in the hospital for an extremely long time and physical therapy because of the séquela that covid left me with. The gift card was a lot of money and I only ever got to use it once before I got sick and still had around $200 on it. It's in the system how much money it had so I don't know why it would expire especially when it's already been paid for. By far a top notch experience! Being fairly new to the area, I needed to find a place to get my brazilian waxing done so after reading other reviews for Blush I decided to try it out. The first great thing about this business is the ability to make an appointment straight from Yelp or on their website, so no need to call in. The place is a cozy little house and the setup is cute. The waiting area has cute boutique items and organic beauty care for sale and comfy chairs. The receptionist, Vanessa, was extremely courteous and made me feel right at home; she even brought me some water that was self serve so she really went out of her way. I only waited a few minutes until Claire came to get me. She was super friendly. The room she took me to was very clean and the setup put me at ease. Once we got started she and I talked the whole time and the experience was great. She offered some products afterwards and sent me on my way in about a half hour. I have been getting brazilian waxing done for years, and this was the best experience I have had. I wasn't one bit sore afterwards which is usually to be expected. Love, love, LOVEEEE this place! Sarah is absolutely amazing!! I've gotten 4 face facials, 1 back facial and 1 derma plane which have all been done by Sarah. I also visit her for regular waxing. My first time was exceptionally relaxing, and Sarah is all the reason I keep going back to Blush. (I've had numerous facials at different places) I was impressed with how much Sarah new about the products she was applying to my face; it was nice to hear the specific benefits of each mask. I feel like she genuinely cares about my skin and is very knowledgable about which products to use for my skin type. She's even done a last minute back facial for me, which helped substantially for the day I wore a backless dress. Her massage was especially delightful as well! (Side note- they do butt facials too!) As I mentioned above, I also get waxed by Sarah. She's very gentle and whatever it is she puts on before and after, leaves my skin looking normal (not bumpy, nor red) when I walk out the door. Sarah has also recommended many products, all of which have worked wonders on my skin! One in specific, is the Fur oil... spectacular!! I've tried to make my facials a monthly occurrence, but if I could find more time, I would definitely go weekly. It is so worth it! I'm a travel nurse from out of town and was really looking forward to a relaxing day with a few spa services. Unfortunately that did not happen. I scheduled an appointment and after arriving 20 min early and paying $15 at a nearby lot to park was told my appointment was cancelled...the front desk said they called and left a message, which did not happen. I received a confirmation call and text, but not a cancellation call. I cannot provide any insight into the services or facility. I decided to go to Blush and see Kathy after all the reviews from a group in Facebook. They were recommended and people stated they used hard wax, which is what drew me to them. Kathy was so great. She's sweet and precise. She did an amazing job keeping my original shape but also helping them look better. The atmosphere is relaxing and the boutique has some great clothes in it. Plus a sale rack in the hall for the thrifty people, like me. My only complaint is the wax was not the hard wax, it was indeed strips and I did get a bad allergic breakout reaction from it. I have yet to find a place that has a wax for my sensitive skin in El Paso and Blush's didn't help either. read more

The full body massage is incredible, and the boutique is very cute. I also love that this is a female owned business. That being said, my facial left my skin on my nose and chin very red and inflamed for several hours, and, despite some uncharacteristically painful extractions, my skin was still congested. The products used also weren't very good for my rosacea, and I had clumps of exfoliated skin left on my face when I left. Again, the massage portion was outstanding. However, the results are not what I customarily get from a $110 facial. I write this so they can make adjustments on the facial for other clients if necessary, as it is a very nice spa overall. read more

This spa is so lovely! I went for a massage not too long ago, and I was very happy with the experience. My husband and I treat ourselves to massages every once in a while, so I have a pretty good idea of what I like in regards to the atmosphere, the pressure of the massage, and the demeanor of the masseuse. I was not let down in any way by Blush. The only even remotely negative thing I might mention (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) is that it's in kind of a strange area... and it's actually in a house! I only took one star off for this because it meant that I had to drive past the building a few times on my way there while I was looking for where I should be going. Just a note so you make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the building and sign as you start to get closer. After I got past this step and into the building, though, things changed for the better. What a lovely interior! Clean, calming atmosphere! There is an adorable little boutique up front, near the register. It sells a variety of clothes, jewelry, and makeup/skincare products. I had to resist getting a few different things! In regards to the massage itself, I could not have been happier. I got the Swedish Massage with medium pressure. My masseuse was very professional and polite, and afterwards I felt very rejuvenated and relaxed. Been to Blush a couple of times, and have purchased several gift certificates. The services and the spa itself is nice and comfortable. But my main issue is the receptionists. Each time I call or come in, they leave a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness and patience. They need some practice in phone etiquette and niceties. First time I came here, they were able to fit me in for a brazilian, even though I called that day. Now, I love coming here every 4 weeks or so for a taste of blush package. My skin is glowing after I started getting the facials regularly. I get the package to save money and it's always available, unlike certain places where you can only get the package deals if you're a first timer to the place. Pro: Packages available at all time Will fit you in whenever possible Doesn't charge extra for tweezing or waiting too long between waxing Cute boutique, they sell a variety of stuff such as clohtes, candles, flip flops, undies, pjs, jewelry, make up, skin care, and teas.
