Jeff Novak runs a joke of a business. Subpar work and subpar workers. His company was used to fix a…read moregrinder of ours and it went south right from the start. They rebuilt a valve, and couldn't get it to work properly when they claimed they were "finished." He said there was an electrical problem when his workers couldn't get it fixed, yet the electrician he sent in said there was nothing wrong with it electrically. So when his subpar workers finally got it running, he tried to charge an extra $4300 for the work. He is a scammer and a screw loose. He tried charging our company credit card for the extra money, and when he was told the charges would be disputed, he went off on a cussing tirade that sounded like a disgruntled kid on a playground. Here is an email he sent "We will never do another job for you again! I will send this to my attorney this morning. Go fuck your self. And by the way, you just lost any warranty you may have had on both repairs!" His phone conversations are even worse. Stay away from this company, as they are run by a nut job who has absolutely no business skills
