I worked for ThreeM for sixteen years. Very interesting and complicated work. I learned a lot from the good machinists that were there, which only made me better at what I did. Always got a kick out of dipshits like Geoffrey T. who proclaimed to be one of the only real machinists left on the planet. Watched a lot of them come in, couldn't cut it, and went out the "revolving door". The owner at the time was very demanding, which lead to sometimes being difficult to work for, but he was not afraid to gamble on a big project and had the vision to come up with solutions to the challenges. One of the best places I ever worked. read more

Went through a 2 hour interview for a position I'm totally over qualified for. They hired me, and I gave my notice at my old shop. Called to set up my first day and they said they changed their mind. Very unprofessional revolving door shop. They want cheap, hard working low quality focus hope help that they can under pay and take advantage of. I was told not to apply and should've listened. This place is not meant for the few real machinists that are left in circulation, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and skill read more
