Through the years, I've used several inspectors, but have always returned to Inspection Pros primarily because of inspectors David Teare and Paul Brietkopf. Frankly, I can't imagine how these folks stay so even-tempered especially after crawling in the attic, in the basement, in all kinds of weather. David and Paul understand the concerns of both buyers and sellers, and are very careful in stating what they find. By careful, I mean they don't cause unnecessary stress by using words that may scare people off. For example, they may describe efflorescence in the foundation without suggesting the house may fall down if it's not addressed. They encourage clients to ask questions while they inspect so that they can address them right away. And after each inspection, they provide a quick summary of what they found and make recommendations on certain steps to take or what other types of inspections to get if the client is so inclined.
