I purchased a new pontoon boat from Tom. Had them shrink wrap boat for long haul. Similar to the other review I had a relative pick up boat. These guys are professional crooks. I got boat and it was missing contractual items as well as poor workmanship. Hired a certified marine surveyor who documented the boat is not fit for water. Hired a lawyer who tried to serve Charles Bischoff the owner, who somehow managed to close shop and disappear. We sold him some boat equipment, he drove up to us to pick it up and he said he forgot his check, we let him have the equipment and he said he would send us a check, never got the check, called him, and he said to f--k off, he is a crook and don't deal with him! read more

I purchased a 2014 pontoon boat from Tom at RC Pontoons for $11.800 , Tom said it was ready to go - new seats - carpet - sides - and he could sell it easy for $17.000. It was very far away so my cousin picked it up - it looked OK . I picked it up from my cousin at the beginning of my two week vacation, It looked OK at a glance- I backed it in the water and the battery was dead ,it had a five year old car battery in it , not a marine battery, went and bought a new battery and back to lake , started ok but the motor only turned left it would not turn right , the shifting cables were routed wrong and not enough slack to turn right, I had to disassemble shifter box and remove and rerouted shifter linkage. When loading boat the winch strap was stuck in the thin sheet of flex metal screwed to a few cross members with a poorly wallered out hook hole , I had to install a proper eye bolt to secure .The Bemini top they installed was 92 inch wide frame on a 96inch wide boat, they had it securely tie wrapped , when tie wraps were released the support poles popped out sideways and damaged the back of the seat. I ordered a new proper size frame and top for $600?The front door on the sides has to be pulled apart very hard to open or close because of poor alighnment.Screws with no nuts were vibrating up out the secured sides to floor.The tires on the brand new trailer had very little air pressure in them.When I launched the boat the first time I saw the torn carpeting on the front runners , the carpeting was torn in a forward fashion from improper loading.I have to recarpet both front runners on a brand new trailer.While driving a person was flashing his lights behind me , I stopped and he told me my motor was falling off, Ther was only one bolt holding the left side of the transom to the frame that had torn out, the right side had four bolts.I strapped motor up with ratchet straps and worked on it late into the night installing bolts and large washers ,the motor sits a little crooked were there one bolt pulled through bending frame.Ther were positive wires that were butspliced with 12 volt wires showing that had to be sealed up. The plug in the left pontoon leaked and has damaged threads.The quality of the workmanship was of the lowest standards I have ever seen . When I called Tom his only response was I should have bought a new boat. read more

i bought a sixteen foot pontoon great price but when some thing is not right the place will not back it up they put too small of logs on and it keeps sinking i;v called numerous times and the block there phone and will not return call all i want is a third log built and i;ll put it on they won't call and give me a price or answer there phone i can;t use the pontoon it;s dangers don't know what to do please don'y buy from them watch out for tom smooth talker read more
