Had the vehicle sit over night at Holiday & gave the tow truck driver the keys in the morning telling him it wouldn't start. The vehicle shifted smoothly before it died & smoothly when switching from Park & Neutral to try to start it in Neutral. When the vehicle arrived at Integrity Auto the shifter & shifting cable were broken. Both the Integrity Auto AND the retired Mills Mechanic said the only way this would happen is by the tow truck driver not doing his job right & breaking it. The staff were rude when I wanted to talk about it & refuse to admit they damaged it.
