Funny all those fees money produced from PennDot and the safety of civilians goes out the window when they can't even keep trucks on the road. The cops even mentioned how many calls they produce to them and to no avail do they live up to their promises they make yet they take our money and traffik our information for some monopolization. I would like to give 0 stars. Want to start saying this…read moreplace is basically the "only" place in Lancaster that work the AC my car needs. Carlos did a diagnostic, and said was the evaporator. (Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

Well, in a blaze of glorious sparks, he had to pull off to the side of the highway (which is a feat in itself let's be honest). As he gets out of the car to try and see what the actual F is going on he realizes that the vehicle has sprung a leak but unsure as to where it was actually coming from. After a little bit of fenagling he was able to unjam the offending object from under the car to see that it was up close and personal with the transmission and we now have a rather large issue. Luckily, he was able to limp the car to the next exit/gas station and able park it out of the way, but things were only getting worse. Now comes the realization it is after hours on a big holiday eve... and we also forgot to reup on our AAA subscription (my bad I will be getting on that asap). However, after a few phone calls and some google searches, we came across the listing on Yelp for Kaufman Towing with the holy grail of labeling of "open 24hrs". Within 30 minutes of finding the phone number and making the call we have the car parked in our driveway to wait another day to deal with it and the insurance. They were wonderful people, and the wait was microscopic compared to most as well as the price. They saved our butts and will definitely be saving their number on speed dial because with my husband's luck... we very well might be a repeat customer if not the best. Thank you, Kaufman's Towing!

Got quoted over 2 hours from another company who was local that my insurance company assigned to me. Got reassigned to Kaufman towing and they were to me in 10 minutes! King's Towing arrived to tow my son's car on Easter morning. The vehicle had a handicap placard…read morehanging from the rear view mirror and was parked in a spot marked reserved for handicap. The company continues to say that the driver "thought" the Manheim Township police requested the tow. After investigating the incident, a police representative said not only didn't they request this tow, they NEVER request a tow from a handicap spot. If there is a violation, they ticket the vehicle. King's Towing has demonstrated that they are just one of the many tow companies that give the industry a bad name.

They assured me King's Towing could safely tow my car to the dealership. The next morning, the tow truck arrived as scheduled. The driver was amazing. He towed the car out of the garage to the street. Reset to tow the car from the front and took it to the dealership. The ignition key cylinder was replaced so the car starts and runs fine.
