Well, actually, I was not happy with a sectional I bought as it just didn't look right once it was delivered. No problem! Jackie (my salesperson and the ONLY sales person I will work with there - if Jackie is off, I wait to buy. I highly recommend her - so sweet, not pushy, and she gets things done!) helped me pick one I preferred and they delivered the new one and picked up the old one without any hassle! During this difficult times when everyone could be a potential carrier employees are delivering without masks. I placed a call to costumer Service and was told that since they are carrying heavy deliveries it's difficult to breath and therefore not mandatory and was up to me to maintain the 6 feet distance( keep in mind they ask to present I.D for verification ). I fail to see why once they carried the item out of the vehicle and approached the door masks were not put on to enter the residence. It literally takes half a second and makes a everyone involved in the transaction safer and comfortable. read more

RC Willey in Henderson offers great customer service but does not follow through with actually providing even adequate customer service. I had a power recliner love seat delivered 1/5/19. Already one of the motors has died. They can't send a Tech out to fix it for 2 weeks!. Evidently they are sending lots of poor quality products out the door and can't keep up with repairs. read more

We ordered a complete bedroom set from here with high expectations, boy what a pain it was. The dresser and might stands we're fine however the bed was delivered without the right parts to put it together. The delivery guy said he would be back a little later with the parts. Well after 5 hours and no return I called asking where he was. Customer service told me they had to order the parts from California and it would be several days. I asked what I was supposed to do since we just got rid of our bed set and I was told there is nothing they could do but send a small gift card for the mistake. Several days elapsed sleeping on the mattress when they finally called and said it would be a little longer. They then stopped by and set up a temporary metal frame... But didn't even put the new mattress on it.. uuugh. Finally a few more days elapsed and the parts arrive where the set is complete. Really just a small gift card for being put thru this?? We went to RC Willey to look at outdoor furniture initially. We stopped into the flooring dept, to look at carpet to update our home office in the future. We met Susanne the sales rep and she was awesome! She was very helpful, very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy what so ever. She was great to listen to what we wanted in a carpet and played a major part in helping us to pick the perfect carpet, she also informed us on a future sale, and treated us like gold and paid no attention to our project being only a small room to recarpet with a budget. The estimator called to schedule an appt to take measurements, when we were promised, he was on time, very professional, and very friendly. Her follow up has been fantastic and because of her we decided to move forward and purchase the carpet from RC Wiley and have them install it. read more

We have done business with this RC Willey store previously and didn't hesitate to go there when we needed a mattress. Our favorite salesperson had retired, but Tyrel helped us find a mattress. Lots of selections and good prices, plus a sale going. We found the mattress we wanted and, due to the sale, got two memory foam pillows and a sheet set included (plus a few more dollars off). Tyrel had great patience, knowledge and understanding. The delivery was scheduled and we were notified with updates via text messages. The delivery was on time and went smoothly. We just moved to Henderson from NY. It was cheaper to buy new furniture than to move ours across the country. After seeing a lot of poorly made stuff in the discount stores, we were enthralled by the inventory at RC Willey. The expansive show room is stunning and the merchandise is beautiful. My issue with the store is how the sales staff hovered over us during our visits. My family and I have been in 4 times to pick out a number of things for our new place and each time a different sales person approached us upon entering the store. After explaining our intentions (we weren't buying yet and wanted time to explore the entire place), the end result was the same. Every time, without fail, the sales person stalked us throughout the store. It made us very uncomfortable. My family and I had several private discussions about our tastes, our concerns, etc. and each time the sale staff were close enough to listen in and in some cases, actually chime in! Not appropriate and certainly not professional. I understand these folks need to earn a living and don't want to lose a potential sale. I get that. We explained that we if we had questions, we'd look for them, but that appeared to fall on deaf ears. 4 pairs of deaf ears. The last time we were in (about a week ago), we bought a framed image which was marked down from $70 to $50. The ever-lurking sales person took the item for us and brought it to the front of the store while we continued to shop. When we checked out, the woman who rang up our order in the back of the store said the saleswoman handed her the price tag from the item-for $70. The tag with the sale price was nowhere in sight. This seemed odd to say the least, since I discussed the discounted price with the sales person before we decided to buy it. I won't impugn anyone's motives, but it simply doesn't make sense that the tag with the discounted price goes missing (it wasn't on the item when we picked it up). The woman at checkout sorted it out for us and charged us the sale price. I filled in a complaint form detailing the experience and how the stalker-style tactics of their sales staff made us feel. I'm still waiting for a response. We'd love to make some larger purchases at RC Willey. We just don't like the feeling of being surveilled every time we come in. read more

Let me begin by saying that the customer service at RC Wlley was excellent. Especially or salesman Korey. Their products are also excellent. I decided to give RC Willey a 1 star because of the nightmare that followed. RC Willey uses an accounting system where that is so convoluted that although I have a Masters Degree and two teaching degrees it still took me hours and hours to try to understand and clarify my billing invoice. It was terrible. Ultimately the charges to my American Express card were clarified but it took hours and hours. Another nice business that is run into the ground by rude employees, which obviously falls on poor management. My wife and I have bought a few appliances here and each time we ask ourselves, "why did we come back here again?". We found the perfect reclining sofa, end tables, cocktail table, washer & dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator all in stainless plus some other goodies.
