I had to purchase 3 appliances and this was not by choice. I had visited Home Depot and Lowe's but ultimately ended up purchasing at RC Willey. I think the salesperson helping you also makes a difference because you might not make a decision on day one, but you always have a direct line to your salesperson for questions, pricing, specials/rebates etc. My first purchase was a fridge and my salesperson said that it was a one day travel from their Utah warehouse. True to his word, my fridge arrived next day and I elected to pick it up myself. The next was comparing washer and dryer sets. I looked at many but ultimately settled on LG. With the models I wanted, I texted my salesperson to show me the final out the door price before I even settled on the deal. Within 10 min, he texted back and gave me all the details. He even told me it was in the Henderson location and could be same day pick-up. The next day I decided to purchase and told the salesperson. When I arrived he was ready with my paperwork. I was in there for only a few minutes. I also had a very good experience with the front cashiers and team members. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We came to an agreement on price for multiple machines deliverd and installed. I showed up in the store for payment and to check out the Pinball Machines. Many years ago I purchased a sofa and a TV stand from this store and both items have held up well. There is asmall cafe in the store that offers a complimentary cookie. There is also a limited selection of beverages and snacks available. The showroom is nice to walk through. I like the themed areas. During our time there, a couple of salespeople asked us if we were in need of assistance but they were not pushy, and we appreciated that. A nice selection of furniture styles. A salesperson saw me attempting to figure out how to adjust a sofa and he came over and showed us where the hidden buttons were located (furniture was designed with buttons between the cushion and sidewall of the sofa to streamline the design). We've had an account with RC Willey for years, mostly for convenience for financing and delivery, but I won't buy from them anymore! Their furniture is garbage, and their warranty is even worse; they don't stand behind it either so buyer beware! We spent $1,800 on a recliner love seat and chair for our loft, and not even 3 months in it began to fall apart from underneath. When I called to ask to have someone come out and look at it, I was basically told I'm out of luck because all I had was the "fabric protection plan" which basically covers a stain, and they won't fix anything else. The bottom of the footrest started to fall apart, and all the stuffing fell out all over the floor. Then a spring broke off and now when you recline it leans to the side, and catches underneath. It's basically an $1,800 pile of steaming you know what. This isn't our first negative experience with furniture, we just gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but no more, they suck! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The experience of buying from RC Willey has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. To begin, John, our sales person, ordered the wrong piece of furniture. I waited two months after purchase for it to be delivered. I called multiple times, and in that time, continued be told it would arrive "in between a week to a month." By the time I was finally given an estimated delivery window, I arranged it on my own (after being told that the sales person would help me with arranging the date). John did eventually call and leave a voicemail, after I had already arranged the dropoff. When they FINALLY delivered my couch, it was the inverse of the one I had ordered (the arm-rest on the wrong side). Rather than simply take it back to the store, the delivery folks insisted on leaving it. When they brought it inside, dragging the couch instead of lifting it, they snapped one of the boards on my floor. In addition, the one they brought had feathers sticking out of it everywhere. In the meantime, John text the wrong number - despite obviously having my number, since had previously left me a voicemail - to show me the alleged order receipt. When I called John back to see what he was going to do to resolve the issue, he was quite unconcerned. Only after I reiterated how frustrated I was did he "realize" that they were selling the floor model of the couch I wanted (which was the courch I had wanted the entire time, but was told I could not purchase; no, I had to wait 2 months for delivery). He arranged the switch over the phone, and I was told that all of the mistaken charges would be taken off of my online statement. He confirmed with me on the phone that it was already taken care of. They ultimately did deliver the correct couch. However, even after it was delivered, my account continued to show the incorrect balance. I asked John to help me - particularly since he had already told me it was resolved - and he refused. When I checked the account again a few days later, it reflected the correct balance for the cost of the couch - but now, it showed interest. I had made my purchase with a 12-months-no-interest contract, so this didn't make sense - in addition to being against the contract I signed with the store. Rather than waste my time calling the store again, I called customer service directly. I was told that part of the balance was a "late fee" - despite having just received the couch - and that while they could get me "back" on the "no interest" plan (which I never should have been taken off in the first place), they would not remove the incorrect balance. I cannot caution you strongly enough not to purchase through this store. read more

Hi, we purchased a set of sofas and side tables with a coffee table on July 2025 we had a 2 year warranty that we purchased from the sales person, rips, tares, stains, included. Well as of march of this year we had been asking them to please repair a sofa that my dog chewed up a corner and was told warranty covered the damage. They sent an estimator to come take pictures of the damage and was told that a representative would call us to give us a date and quote for the damage. (Which warranty said would repair at no charge) . Many weeks passed by I called spoke to representatives and got no where. Finally they said that we have a co payment of $240 which at first I was upset but then agreed to paying it. They said they had to make sure the manufacturer had the supply for our sofa and would call us for further dates of pick up and delivery. Never got a call!!! Than we kept calling and calling and nothing it was always a promise of getting a call back for confirmation of pick up but nothing. We eventually got upset and threw out our expensive sofas because with in 2 almost 3 months my puppy ended up making another tear. Anyways don't buy from them !! They don't honor their warranty!!! I ordered a piece of furniture in February. They indicated it was back ordered, which was fine. From February, they provided 3 delivery updates. On delivery day in May, 3 of the 4 parts of the order were delivered to our home. Shortly after delivery, received a text indicating the item has been discontinued and instructed to visit the store. At the store, I inquired how 1/4 of the item has been discontinued; 3 of the parts were delivered. No answer. They are saying they'll have to come pick up the 3/4 parts. I have been buying from RC Willey since moving to Vegas years ago. Service is always outstanding - prices are straight forward & there always seams to be a discount or coupon that can be applied. We came in because we had a bit of an emergency since are upright freezer broke down - RC Willy had a number of choices to choose from with decent prices and fairly quick delivery options. The process of buying is super easy They offer 12 month no interest for purchases over $299 and 18 months no interest for purchases over $5k If you can't pull off the no interest commitment they have an excellent 9% interest with an approved store credit. 9% is a no brainer since all the big brand stores are probably going to nail you for above 20% + using their store cards or even your own bank credit card. Just a note: no matter what home needs you are looking for - including electronics, appliances & outside "Patio" furniture you're sure to see a huge selection throughout the store. A one stop shop! They even have a small food area - that was a nice touch - you can get a snack or refreshment while bruising the vast variety of furniture. Spent $10,000 plus there. Picked all the furniture. Sales person was stiff and not very friendly. Furniture was decent so we bought. When you go to pay you immediately get treated like cattle. Very corporate. Very unfriendly. There was a long delay in getting our home fixed up. No follow up from them - fine. I put $4000 down - we would finance $5000. We took a couple of Lamps home on the day we ordered. A couple of months later, I got a call that we our payment was late on the financing. YOU HAVE $4000 OF OUR MONEY. The items we took were financed. Can you apply it? Not my department. When we were ready to schedule delivery, I went it and our orders were cancelled! No call - nothing. The salesperson barely remembered who I was. It took 3 hours to get it straightened out. 2 days before delivery, I call and ask when the delivery would be on that day. I was told, you will get a call by 5pm the night before. So I needed to block out my ENTIRE DAY until they give me a 2 hour window the day before. This place treats customers like cattle. Very unfriendly. Oh another issue. They have a delivery program - $99 unlimited deliveries included. They invoiced that when we first came in BEFORE we took delivery on anything - we took delivery 3 months later. I asked - shouldn't it be 12 months from our first delivery. We met a very professional guy in the appliance section a few years ago when I was replacing out microwave with a steam oven. Since then ... Whenever we have the need for an appliance for our house or office we have checked in with Zack. No matter what we have been looking for, Zack has been very informative and knowledgeable. As our house is now over 20 years old, our kitchen appliances have gotten tired and stopped working or have needed repair. We got to the point where we were ready to remodel our kitchen and laundry room and along with that replace our old, tired appliances. Our contractor gave us the name of places like Fergusson and Appliance by design. We went to these places and found them to be ok. We were typically asked, "Do you have an appointment and offered the opportunity to make an appointment" The service was less than ea and welcoming... We decided to take our list of appliances to Zack at RC Willey and see what he could help us with.... What a difference. He gave us incredible service and value. He has tirelessly helped up compare and select all the new appliances for our kitchen project! My review does not begin to cover the many text conversations, phone calls and visits to the store. He helped us compare brands and select the best values for our needs. Finally, our project was ready to receive our refrigerators/ freezers, Bosch Dishwashers, warming drawers, and the new combination washer dryer in one unit... Amazing! And a LG steam closet. Avoid the Summerlin Store Flooring Department..unless you want a trip through hell! The sales person failed miserably. After my floor was measured I went to the store to purchase: 1. Sales Person's phone kept ringing and was not engaged 2. Sales Person pulled the estimate, for the wrong house and became frustrated asked me about my 3 bedrooms upstairs. I do not have 3 bedrooms upstairs. I gave her my name again. She had the wrong estimate. She could not read the floor plan, I had to show her which floor the master bed was located on the floor plan. 3. A week later I called the Sales person to confirm a date. I was told everything is on schedule and to"get packing". 4. Two days before movers arrive and flooring company drops LVP. Confirmed again, Another person in the department..Parts are delayed. Expected delivery from STL is 3 weeks. I cancel the movers. Reschedule movers for 4 weeks out. 5. 2 mos after purchase, LVP is delivered. My flooring was to be set diagonal as the display board in the store, therefore my LVP flooring was set staggered. 6.The flooring company came to the house and explained what options I have. They advised me one of the molding was not paintable to match the cabinet. I personally had to go to HOME DEPOT and purchase to avoid delay. The flooring company was the ONLY POSITIVE. Though I didn't get the diagonal flooring, the LVP was installed perfect and looks great. Jerry and Gustavo were just wonderful to work with! The original Sales person was taken off the account and a second person did step in. She tried her very best to recover the service. The amount of time it took to complete this project was 2.5 months. Imagine your home being packed all that time! At one point I called the Store Manager, left a message but he did not return my call. There are many options in Las Vegas.. I do not recommend this store for flooring. read more

Today was our second visit to RC Willey's. Previously we had window shopped at Ashley, Living Spaces and RC Willey. We came back to RC Willey's because they were friendly, helpful, seem interested in helping you find what you need and they have everything! This is fortunate, because we needed everything. We started in appliances, Ron G helped us, very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a washer , dryer and refrigerator from him. Then, I had requested Anita help us because she was helpful on our first visit, and I wanted to make sure she got the credit for that! We chose a couch, a console, a dining room table, 6 chairs, 3 beds and mattresses, end tables, dressers, coffee table, and a reclining chair. At every step of the 3 plus hours we were there, she answered all questions, got us water, checked inventory and was patient. She pointed out sales and deals. She wrote everything up, and took us over to Phillip to pay. We decided to apply for RC Willey account. He was very personable and welcomed us to Las Vegas. He had a question for his supervisor, also friendly African American woman with pretty, long hair. She's from Compton and has been working for RC Willey for a year. She's also welcomed us. She and Phillip were very personable. Ron, Anita , Phillip, and the supervisor are great representatives for RC Willey. My husband and I were making bets on the way out, how fast I'd be returning to buy more. (Oh I'll be back) UPDATE: I bought more stuff from Anita! She had it added to our order and everything was delivered today!!! Carlos and Tony the delivery guys were amazing, fast, professional and no scratches on anything including my walls!!! We have purchased a significant amount of furniture from R.C. Willey over the years when we lived in Northern Nevada and have always been happy with their service, professionalism and delivery. This was our first purchase since moving to Las Vegas and once again the R.C. Willey team did an amazing job. We appreciate how easy the sales people are to work with, our sales associate Kalin Savov had all the information we needed, he didn't hover over us and there was zero pressure. The selection for the item we were looking for was great and our delivery window was quick. The delivery team were on time and within the window that had advised us that would be at our home. My only negative, we live in a high rise on the Strip and we did not answer the initial call from the R.C. Willey Dispatcher once the delivery team arrived, our high rise Receiving team were on-duty and available but because we didn't answer on the initial call the R.C. Willey Dispatcher indicated they were about to leave, this will give us pause on purchasing there again. Not sure what the disconnect was given out high rise Receiving team were in their office but nonetheless our item was delivered and we could not be happier with what we purchased. read more

My wife and I stopped by the store to look for a new couch, to replace ones that we had bought from Macy's which proved to be not very good at all. Within a minute of arriving, we were greeted by Irene Samouha, and helped. Fast forward less than 30 minutes and we had purchased a sectional sofa, a new rug, and signed up for Blue Rewards which is a great deal. Irene was brilliant, she was a lovely person, she helped us with our purchase needs and helped us buy, rather than "sold" us what we were not sure about. We are delighted with our purchases and look forward to them being delivered. We have looked in many furniture retailers and found none that had a better selection than R C Willey, what is more, the customer service provided by Irene, and then the customer service that was provided as we paid for our order, was absolutely faultless. We didn't want to spend hours in the store and we didn't have to, every aspect of the visit was exceptional and we will be back next week for a more leisurely visit. Bought a package of appliances 3 days ago because our washing machine stopped working. We need a quick delivery date and RC delivered. The salesman was very knowledgeable, which made the visit to the showroom easy and quick. He pointed out sales prices and promos so we could make an informed decision on which appliances to buy. The delivery team was wonderful, especially the 2 men who installed the new appliances and hauled away the old ones. During the entire install process they kept asking if we had any questions. They took extra care to cover the floors and doorways during the installation. We can't say enough nice things about the delv team. I've lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and 90% of my home furniture and electronics, have come from RC Wiley. They've always had good customer service with good communication....until now. I order a fancy new refrigerator to be installed today. It was a total want, as my current one works just fine. We spend time emptying and cleaning the old one to make room for it just to be told there's a new requirement, and we need a water shutoff valve at the same location of the refrigerator in order to install. Hmmmm, that seems like a really important detail that should've been disclosed before scheduling delivery. At no point during the sale, delivery scheduling, or confirmation of delivery did this get mentioned. To add fuel to the fire, they wanted to leave it in my garage until we got things "figured out." I, sadly, returned the refrigerator. Maybe this is a sign that I don't need a $3000 refrigerator. I'm still very disappointed that I took time off work to be here for the delivery. I would have appreciated the opportunity to get the water valve placed or make arrangements for them to do it if that was even possible. But instead, they likely kept quiet because they're afraid that people won't make the purchase. And they're right. I will be going to Lowe's to get my refrigerator since I'm off work now! And I will think more than twice if I ever want to make a purchase here again! The trust has been broken... read more

Buying a mattress from RC Willey has been one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made as a customer. I started with a Tempur-Pedic medium queen, and within days it sagged so badly that my back pain became unbearable. It felt cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the "premium" product they claim to sell. When I tried to fix the problem through their so-called "comfort exchange," I ended up with an Aireloom extra firm that was somehow even worse. It's lumpy, uneven, and so uncomfortable that I wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed. What's shocking is how RC Willey can confidently sell these terrible mattresses at such outrageous prices. Their sales pitch makes you think you're getting luxury quality, but in reality, it's garbage dressed up as high-end. And to make matters worse, they don't offer a true return policy, just an exchange that traps you with another overpriced, uncomfortable mattress. Once they have your money, you're stuck. I honestly regret ever setting foot in RC Willey. I wasted thousands of dollars, got nothing but pain and frustration in return, and now I'm stuck with a mattress I hate. This store is a complete rip-off, and I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them to stay away. There are plenty of other places that stand behind their products and actually care about customer satisfaction. RC Willey is not one of them. read more

BUYER BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER. We bought an LG dishwasher from the Summerlin RC Willey in April 2024. Total cost more than $1100.00. It just stopped working 12/27/24. We had purchased the five-year protection plan ( I have the receipt). When I called for repair 12/28/24, 4:49 PM, the employee in the service Dept, Athena, told me we had no service contract and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. When I called back after locating the service contract, she hung up on me, bizarrely claiming that "you won't let me help you." Scammers. We may need to sue them to get them to honor the contract. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. SAVE ALL RECEIPTS, ESPECIALLY ANYTHING RELATED TO SERVICE CONTRACTS. read more

Took a star off because the horrible woman at the front of the store glared and pursed her lips at us when we walked in. She didn't say a damned word to us, but proceeded to greet every single other customer that entered right after we did. I hate when ignorant people judge us for whatever reason. Ugly, rude & unnecessary. I was about to tell my hubby we should just leave because that woman was SO unprofessional & offensive when a sales guy named Mark quickly greeted us and welcomed us in. He explained where things were and gave us space and time to look around. (Highly recommend him as a salesman!) Their flooring department and installation manager, GINA, is unprofessional and doesn't take responsibility for a horrible and faulty install job after we even had a 3rd party investigator come and look at the floors. She won't answer the phone, respond to texts, and then send an email filled with false statements to try and make the customers at fault. RC Willey doesn't care about their products or customers. I live in Henderson at the moment and I usually shop at the RC Willy down the street from me. Well I'm moving to Summerlin and decided to check the town square location out. I walked around the store and was asked many times if we needed help. Steve I felt was more helpful. He was nice enough to help me with options and suggested a few things to match my couch. So I ended up purchasing over 4K with him on a dining room set and a living room couch set. Then a few days later I found him back on the floor and he helped me with buying Tv stand by measuring it for me. So I ended up purchasing it through him again.
