I live in Henderson at the moment and I usually shop at the RC Willy down the street from me. Well I'm moving to Summerlin and decided to check the town square location out. I walked around the store and was asked many times if we needed help. Steve I felt was more helpful. He was nice enough to help me with options and suggested a few things to match my couch. So I ended up purchasing over 4K with him on a dining room set and a living room couch set. Then a few days later I found him back on the floor and he helped me with buying Tv stand by measuring it for me. So I ended up purchasing it through him again. I bought essentially the full Forge Rustic bedroom set save for the chest as well as an extra night stand. A month later, the last piece arrives. Thus far however, I have issues/complaints for each piece: - Bedframe - The middle brace easily bends and rips off the wooden side support very easy. RC delivery guys installed the bed and dragged it across the carpet, ripping the middle brace from the wooden structure. I had to repair this myself after they left. The back panel behind the headboard is also starting to come off after only a month. - Drawers - Pullout drawers on all pieces do not stay pushed-in. They slowly open for some odd reason. It also uses a very bad track design where it can get stuck when you push or pull them sometimes. - Nightstand - Legs were loose. Had to tighten them down my hand after delivery. - Dirty - Every inch of every piece is covered in what seemed like a layer of soot. I spent probably a couple hours total wiping and cleaning off all the pieces. Attached is but one photo showing how dirty just the nightstand tabletop is. Clearance section is awesome!!! From couches, mattresses, to smaller random accessories like pillows. It changes quite a bit. Highly recommend connecting with Belen! She really went beyond in snatching up our mattress (on her day off too!). She knows we were eyeing it the day before when she was working. She doesn't try to sell, push or anything. Just a staff on the side willing to answer questions whenever you have any. President's Day Sale offered additional 30% off the already clearance and red tag prices. Make sure you double check the product because it is clearance due to sometimes damages. These items can be snatched up anytime. Whoever pays first, gets it. And their system only holds onto your credit card for up to an hour if you need time to decide. Also, it's sold as is :( Best to double check everything on it before final purchase!! Recommend the $79.99 delivery membership that offers free delivery once a year. First time customers require to be there in purchase with payment. We've probably been back 3x now. BEWARE the free 18 month financing option because even though RC Willey prints on your receipt, the monthly payments will not cover the principle, one forgets that after 18 months and they you will get hit by the interest for the whole purchase because you forgot to balloon your last payment. The payment they calculate is 5% of the total or about 95% of your purchase leaving a small principle balance allowing RC Willey to back charge a lot of interest. I wish on the contract you sign it said, "WE PLAN TO RIP YOU OFF UNLESS YOU CALCULATE A BALLOON PAYMENT OR CALCULATE YOUR OWN MONTHLY PAYMENT TO PAY THE PURCHASE OFF IN 18 MONTHS". We have purchased $27,821.29 over the past years HOWEVER we now feel ripped off by RC Willey and will never ever trust them again with such business practices. Nicely done RC Willy. Writing a review like this is a rare pleasure for me. Of the hundreds of reviews I have written on Yelp and elsewhere, you won't find one like this counted on the fingers of my right hand. So, when I have a chance to compliment a business, it's the real deal. Since purchasing several items from RC Willey, located at 3850 S Town Center Dr, Las Vegas, I've required help getting my account straight. The issues involved accounting, payments, damages, customer care, and numerous days and hours lost to their delivery schedule. Several of the above-referenced problems came to light several days ago, and others have been ongoing for months. Just the other day, I received a call from Jeff Glover, the General Manager of the RC Willey Summerlin store. He put me in touch with Kelly Garfield, the Logistics Manager, and both gentlemen stepped up and made the ongoing problems disappear. Mr. Glover made me feel that my concerns mattered to him and that he wanted to get to the bottom of all the issues. I then received a call from Kelly Garfield, who solved all the problems in minutes. It was as simple and easy as that. I expected resistance from one or both men, but this didn't happen. Without getting into the details of the issues, this is how someone should run a company. Yes, I had problems with RC Willey. And yes, I became angry and frustrated with the people I was dealing with. But when the people in charge got involved, the situation vanished. RC Willey wasn't my first go to place, but after a lot of research it seemed to be the only option for a decent quality couch delivered within a reasonable amount of time. A lot of places these days have a 4-6 WEEK waiting period and a lot of things out of stock (?!) It wasn't the case here at all. The downside is that RC Willey is much more expensive than some other places. I had an average experience, ordering online and setting the delivery date was painless. They text you with updates on the delivery. The delivery came on the day it was supposed to, although an hour after the 2 hour time window they gave me. The drivers were professional and I got a beautiful high quality couch. A separate experience at will call was the same when i went to pick up an ottoman. They confirmed the order, brought it to my vehicle and i was on my way. I didn't encounter any issue at all. read more

If I could give less I would. Do NOT purchase any flooring material and work from this place especially if you have a home in Summerlin. They installed flooring with contractors they ultimately fired who did no leveling or prep work. When the material failed because of the poor installation they then said they would do a complete replacement, stripped the flooring off, and refused to reinstall it claiming we needed unnecessary contractor work. Unnecessary validated by 5 other contractors. Had one contractor level and reinstall and we've had zero issues. They're refusing to reimburse us for the work they refused to do after THEY stripped our floors off. Horrible customer service and we will be going to small claims to get the $3000 we were forced to pay to have the floors completed. read more

R.C. Willey is discontinuing their Oakhurst bedroom set. While still available, we purchased a queen bed and chest of drawers at the Summerlin showroom on December 13, 2025. Our salesperson, Ralph, was professional and kind (reason for 3 stars) and indicated the headboard was backordered but would be available in 3-4 weeks. We stressed the importance of the timing due to guests visiting February 9, 2026. On January 14, 2026 we visited the showroom and were told that the expected arrival date was now end of February. Since Oakhurst was being discontinued, we asked if R.C. Willey would allow us to take the display model queen headboard. A floor manager told us that the display model could not be sold...period. Come to find out, when we looked for Oakhurst on the sales floor, we were told that the display model had been removed to make room for a new collection. A kind salesperson checked the R.C. Willey system and found that an Oakhurst queen set was on display at the Henderson location and told us that they might be willing to allow us to take the display model to make room for a new collection. The salesperson asked us to contact Ralph on 1/15 since 1/14 was Ralph's day off. According to Ralph, a manager contacted the Henderson showroom and was told that they would not allow the sale of their display model, even though the collection was being discontinued and the display model in Summerlin had already been removed. I am disappointed with the fact that the promised delivery date was not met, and we could not obtain the Henderson display model. read more

Purchased a nice LG washer and dryer. Delivery was delayed by several hours. The washer was not in balance and leaked all over my laundry room. The gas hookup to the dryer was not turned on. We had to pull the dryer out and turn it on. Got the washer replaced (again the quoted the wrong delivery date), but the connection to the water supply was not tightened and the wall behind the washer is soaking wet and damaged and will need to be replaced. Not going to be dealing with them again. It's a complete runaround. Too bad. read more

I'm leaving one star because, while the initial installation was good, the experience afterward seriously overshadows the positive aspects. I decided to do my downstairs flooring with RC Wiley because I had such an amazing experience doing my upstairs flooring with them several years ago. The project manager assigned to me was Jerry; all in all, he's a decent guy and did a decent job initially, with just a few slip-ups. He incorrectly measured our floors, which resulted in five extra boxes of unused wood once my project was completed. I was told I could refund those boxes or, if I was interested, use them for a future project. Initially, I wasn't sure if I wanted to refund the wood, so Jerry took the wood with him in case I decided on a refund. After a day or so, I decided that since I had already paid for the extra wood, we could just go ahead and redo my stairs so they would match my downstairs flooring. Jerry then came by to measure our flooring at no cost, hoping that we would decide to complete our remaining stair project with his team of contractors. While measuring the stair nosings, he expressed that there would be no refunds since the stair nosings are considered a special order item. I then asked Jerry to please be careful in accurately measuring the stair nosings, since he incorrectly measured the flooring for the downstairs project, and he assured me that he would be careful. In addition, Jerry told me he would get me a contractor outside of RC Wiley that would give me a fairer price to have my stairs done. I told him that I was open to that but would also be looking for my own contractor and would go with whoever had the lower price. Fast forward to now, I told Jerry that I found a contractor who is offering to do my project for a lower price than his contractors offered, and it's obvious that he and Alfreda (the woman assisting in managing this flooring project) are irritated by this decision--even though we were transparent about this outcome being a possibility. I received a call from Alfreda saying that since we did not decide to do the flooring with them, any delivery of the wood we own would require a $55 delivery fee. I said that I understood that a delivery fee would be necessary if the items were delivered to my house, but I was willing to meet Jerry to pick up the wood directly from him or the warehouse; no delivery needed. At first, she resisted my solution and kept insisting that the delivery fee would need to be paid regardless of whether it was delivered to my house or to the warehouse. I insisted that I wasn't okay with that and explained that it wasn't fair that we would have to pay for the wood we already own just because it's in his possession, and that Jerry never said there would be a holding fee or delivery fee if we didn't decide to do the flooring with him, and that wasn't mentioned in my contract. Once I mentioned all of the above, they waived the fee. Now I have the contractor I hired working on the stairs, and, surprise surprise, he told me that there were two extra stair nosings ordered. I called RC Wiley and asked to speak with their manager, Dee, who was pretty unhelpful, and she just said that since we aren't doing our stairs with them, they can't do a refund on special order items. At that point, I just had to chuckle because it just seemed like they were being petty since we decided not to do the stair project with their contractors. All in all, like I said, the downstairs insulation was solid, and my initial insulation for my flooring upstairs has held up nicely (which is why I came back to do my downstairs flooring with them all these years later), but the experiences I had toward the tail end of the project left a bad taste in my mouth, and I had to share. To people planning on doing a flooring project with RC Wiley, I would just have another person check on their project manager's measurements (because you can always order more), and keep communication to texts and emails so you always have documentation because often times I found that they would say something and then claim they didn't say it. read more

I bought a couch last week and the day before delivery, I was given a 2 hour delivery window. The delivery window constantly moved throughout the delivery day and ultimately was more than one hour later than the originally scheduled delivery window. I bought a matching ottoman to be delivered this week and was given a delivery day, then a time window only the day before. I called to move the delivery window and the customer service rep was extraordinarily rude, confirming that the delivery windows could not be moved by any means, and was given a singular option of a new delivery day one week from now. She also told me that I would receive a delivery time window the day before and disclaimed that the driver may move the window the day of delivery, depending on his schedule, notwithstanding the fact that that I was told I could not request to move my delivery time by even one hour an entire day before and had to accept a week later deliver. In May of 2022 I furnished a new apartment with products from RC Wiley. Last year I had a problem with a pillow top mattress I purchased. It was sinking on both sides. They sent a Service guy out for some measurements and the texted back it was sinking 1 1/4" and the the manufacturer said it had to sink 1 1/2" before they would do anything. Recently the double recliner leather couch I bought started peeling on the head cushion. They sent out a service tech and he said the would probably replace the leather section. Later I got a text saying the manufacturer was out of stock on the material and the one year warranty had expired. I spoke to Amanda in customer service and she told me they sold furniture they didn't repair it. I contacted a local furniture repair company and the said the finish and the leather was peeling and could not be repaired. I have horrible experience about RC Willey from their store in Summerlin to their corporate office in Salt Lake City. Customer Service Supervisor, Mickie Swain wasn't helpful at all. I spoke to her a number of times to seek assistance in using a gift card that I got from purchases I made in the same store. She purposely hung up on me and refused to help. I am not sure if the company executives know what their employees are doing that's why this store has a lot of complaints and issues. read more

Amazing amazing amazing! We had such a wonderful experience furniture shopping at RC Willey's for our new home! The showroom is huge, with so many selections of different pieces of furniture at various price points. We luckily found Jonathan Sutherland, one of the many associates available throughout the store, who helped us pick out multiple pieces of furniture. Jonathan was very easy-going, patient and gave us great suggestions. We ultimately purchased multiple pieces of furniture and we couldn't be happier. They even gave out free delicious cookies from their little cafe and be sure to carve out a few extra minutes to check out their free selection of video games near the appliance section! Delivery service was on point and the gentlemen who helped took great care in delivering our furniture safely and intact. I keep calling customer service, opted to have them back, because they are always short staffed, no one ever got back to me. RC willey flooring dept is not reliable nor are they worth the money spent. Their prices may be lower but don't let that fool you. I should have gone with an actual flooring company. Purchased carpet from here and they disappointed thru the entire process. Installed wrong padding to which they argued with me. I had documented proof so they had to refund me. 3rd party installers called Aldaba flooring completed install and they were atrocious. Caused over $3,000 worth of damage to-my newly renovated home. They argued woth but I also had documentation of all of it. Including video and photos. They did not want to pay for damages so I went directly to their corporate offices and asked for their settlement dept. They sent me a check with 10 days to resolve it. Use caution and document everything they say and promise. Also document all with photos and videos if possible. It helped me win my case against them. Good luck. read more

What a waste of time, especially because I specifically called and asked about a product, was put on hold, and then told they had the product. I drive to the store and they don't have it. Customer service rep was clueless and had me speak with the sales manager, Sakis Salamanopoulos, also clueless. He didn't even know they referred out a repair company and the name of the business, Furniture Lab, by the way. There seems to be no cohesion between management and customer service reps. Your'e the manager, your office is located right next to customer service and you have no clue they are giving out that info. Now when I look back at my initial review I realize I was not happy then. We ended up with a LG which he double checked the measurements to ensure the fit. Zach went above and beyond for us, but we were most impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We had purchased a living room set about a couple months ago. Prior to its arrival, we returned and bought another living room set and a dining set for a different location. The first living room set arrived on time as promised but one of the arms on one of the couches fell off. We had to set up an appointment for someone to come and fix it which they did. Dining set arrived on time as promised to location 2 but the table had a huge scratch on it and once again, we had to set up another appointment to have it switched out. Salesperson Tracy informed us that living room set (#2) was on back order and gave us a delivery date about a month out. We agreed. There was no communication from RC Willey's end when the month came up. When we called and spoke to Tracy again, she explained it was still on back order. So why did you give us a specific delivery date upon purchase? We wanted our couches and were tired of sitting on the floor. Her response? "You've been sitting for a month already, what's another couple of weeks?" Wow. We were flabbergasted at that type of response. At that point, we were considering a refund but wanted to secure a living room set from a competitor first. Everyone was on back order so unfortunately, a few weeks out was our fastest option and we were stuck waiting. In the meantime, the arm on couch from living room set #1 has fallen off again. We called once again and this time to have the entire couch replaced. Today was the day we would finally get living room set #2 and also have the couch on living room set #1 swapped out. Living room set #2 arrived. Dust cover on one of the couches wasn't properly stapled on and the stuffing on one of the pillows was seeping out. These are minor details but really? How does a business take any pride in their products when they deliver them in this condition? The couch replacement was also in the truck and the guys wanted to unload that as well. When we informed them that it was supposed to be for a different location, they told us no and that we would have to call to reschedule that. At this point, I guess that's just par for the course. So tell me why we got a text alert that they were en route to the correct location for the couch swap? Did the delivery guys just not want to do it? Was it a scheduling error? Could we get an answer? We spoke to a manager. He tried but the best we got was an offer for $100 gift card. Really? After this nightmare of a experience, you think that I would return and shop there again? We just wanted what we purchased at the time they were promised and in great condition. You can take that $100, pay your delivery guys a little OT and switched out that couch today AS PROMISED!! As someone with years of management experience, you do your best to make things right. That would have made things right but instead you tried to shut us up with a $100 gift card. I recommend buying your appliances from Mark Auyeung at RC Willey. He helped us get the best savings and discounts on six new Whirlpool appliances. The sales/delivery/install process was great, and Mark did everything he said he would do. He's great. Four months later, the oven stopped working--an F3 error code. Whirlpool sent out a vendor to assess days later, and they told me they needed to order two parts. Nearly a month later, still no working oven. No parts. No word from Buy Rite Appliances (see my review for them, BTW). No word from Whirlpool. I called Whirlpool numerous times, and all their flunkies will tell you is that the parts are on order. They can't tell you when or if you'll ever get them. Twice I asked to escalate my complaint, and both times I was told it would take three days to hear back from someone. And both times nobody responded. Their customer service is just as crappy as their appliances. They have your money, so they don't care. So I had a brand new $1,200 oven that didn't work and I was pissed off. Out of frustration, I left a message for Mark at RC Willey to let him know about my situation and how unresponsive and unhelpful Whirlpool had been. He and Bryce contacted Whirlpool directly to see if they could expedite the parts without success. But because RC Willey and Mark value their customers, they went above and beyond in helping me. They had a new oven delivered and took the lemon oven away, saying they would deal with Whirlpool and I shouldn't worry about it any longer. By the way, Mark did this while on vacation with Bryce's help. So the point of my review is this: buy from Mark at RC Willey-- he will treat you right. But whatever appliance you choose (no matter where you shop), make sure it is NOT a Whirlpool. read more
