We insure our homes and cars through Corporate Four. When we recently had an issue come up regarding a premium, Katherine stepped up and was very helpful with providing information and made sure we were aware of when the premium was due so the policy did not lapse because of a hiccup with the US Postal Service. Corporate Four communicates well and provides competitive quotes with adjustable premiums based on the needs of their clients. Yes, there are lots of insurance companies out there but why would you deal with a company which only sells one product line? After checking my account, it turned out that we already had the coverage I wanted to add. That should be the end of it, right? Oh no, not with Jacob Group! They will not rest until you buy *something* from them. It's been a month and I still keep receiving 2-3 phone calls and voice mails per week, all insinuating that I am asking for all this harassment ("we are responding to your request for a quote on [insert random insurance product I never asked about]"). All these calls come from different agents, too - they probably just log every caller into their system and then auto-dial them over and over.

They suggested that we call our insurance company Allstate Jacob Group Agency. The adjuster came out and met with my wife and reviewed the damage. Adjuster told my wife because the unknown water leak was leaking for 3 weeks they refuse to pay for the damage. He did say if we had known there was damage within a few days they would cover the damage. Huh? I called the adjuster and asked how we pay them to insure us and now they won't insure us? He said water was leaking too long. Also the night we called Jacob Group Agency they sent out a restoration company to check out the damage. By that time the leak was already contained. The restoration company wanted to tear the floor apart right there and then. I said no! I wanted to make sure Jacob Group Agency would cover the floor. The restoration company assured us it would be covered. He said they are this damage all the time and insurance companies always cover this type of damage. I declined. Good thing. When I asked Jacob Group Agency who would have paid if the floor was torn out. Jacob Group Agency mentioned they would have paid the restoration company. So that would have left me with torn up floor. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Holidays coming up fast. We are hosting 20 family members for Thanksgiving with warped flooring. Potential mold on sub floor. Long story short. We pay Jacob Group Agency to insure our family. We pay for them to have our backs. Now we are left with a mess. Homeowners please do your research when looking for an honest insurance company. In my opinion Jacob Group Agency did their best to find a way to decline our claim. Leaves a bad feeling knowing your insurance company doesn't have our backs.

Kelley carefully walked us through our policy and gave great recommendations. The customer service was phenomenal. My mom's home recently incurred damage. Kelley was incredibly responsive and helpful. She walked us through our options and advised on next steps, saving me volumes of stress and time.
