When I canceled my insurance they did not take the auto draft off so they are still charging me. 4. After over a week of understanding it takes time. I asked if they mailed the refund check and they said no that it's still processing? It posted on my account 5 days ago. So the only thing that is processing is their sweet time. 5. Now I have to go to the bank to dispute it, because I tried being patient of them taking money they weren't suppose to, but they don't seem to care at all to make it right. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else.
