Well I think like many of us I was skeptical. I have not been doing the program for very long but I have shed pounds already and I don't feel like I'm starving myself. I would definitely recommend to anyone like myself that struggles with weight. I decided to do this program because of health issues and of course the physical part as well. Rcmc is the Best. My experience with weight loss and staff has been amazing. I lost 42 lbs my first round two years ago doing the HCG program. Currently I started my second round and my goal is another 25 lbs. The hardest part about losing weight is having to be accountable. It's a blessing to have people to be there and motivate you. This is my third time completing a program here and have never experienced such rude workers as I have today. I am currently on Sermorelin and wanted to know if I could take semaglutide while on the program. So I had to speak with the NP. She started by asking if I signed a consent, I was not given a consent today so I stated no. She's asks the front desk, and they told her it's all in one when I signed for my current program. (Which was in December) She then comes in telling me I did already and if I read what I signed. I told her I have also already taken semaglutide outside of this clinic and told her my dosages I started on and finished on. She then cuts me off saying she is getting an informed consent and for me to just answer yes or no. Already she is very condescending. But okay, whatever. She starts asking me questions about labs and birth control. I am not on birth control but my husband has a vasectomy. She then starts telling me that is a form of birth control for me. And starts in on her condescending tone with it. She then says "so you want to change your program" I informed her no. I want to see if I can take both, which I stated at the start of our conversation. At this point I was so annoyed with her and I just thanked her for her time and walked out. This place is highly unprofessional. I called to make an appointment they told me they could see me at 8 o'clock the next morning. I show up and then they proceed to tell me that they do not open until 9 AM so I showed them that I had an appointment and I had a confirmation text. They told me they can fit me in two hours later. Of course I said no , How unprofessional and disrespectful is that? Not to mention it cost me gas money to drive to this appointment to then be turned away and told I could come back later. Brandon, Rather if you keep accurate charts on all your patients, I did visit your establishment and met with a life coach rather then meeting with a weight loss provider! I didn't pay anything of course because I was not one to get pushed into a outrageous package for weight loss under 500 calories. Anyone could lose weight with 500 calories! I was considering buying a few food snacks you had against your wall but, this is what upset me one, I meet with no provider. Two, when I was getting ready to check out with these food snacks I was asked if I put a 5 Star review on yelp and show it to them I get a discount. For this reason Brandon, I left without purchasing anything. People would do anything for a discount and in all fairness because of my experience with the life coach, I choose not to leave a positive review but, a true review! You come on here as the owner, claiming this business but, never answer my concern "not once", about how you force your employees and patients to write a 5 Star review for a discount. Shame on you! Nurse practitioner, Felisha, was rude and condescending to a patient with a medical history that makes weight loss problematic. Staff admits that they have a history of problems with this NP, but apparently the lack of NP's willing to work there makes them more tolerant of inept medical personnel. In addition to being rude and condescending, she listened to heart sounds on the right side of the chest, and lung sounds over the top of the shoulder, over the scapula bone and lower back. Let me start off by saying, their staff are really nice and welcoming. Other than that nothing good. It is seriously so unhealthy to inject a hormone in your body that doesn't belong there. And yes it might work, but you're also starving your self. 500 cals! Thats CRAZY! My husband and I spent A LOT of money here. My self only lost about 9-12 lbs in 5 weeks. Which its ok, but not for the 500 cals I was consuming. He lost about 40lbs in almost 6 weeks. Thats good right. But after we got off we gained it back, ALL OF it & more. You you either stick with it or you gain it back. I recommend finding a place to help you with nutrition and working out. Maybe give one of the bootcamps a try before this.
