I left with a janky-looking, depreciated, piece of crap - the screen was completely misaligned and had visible bubbles and debris under it. And if being aesthetically atrocious wasn't enough - the touch-screen no longer works. Now it only registers if I rotate between portrait and layout before I tap. Every. Single. Time. Of course, the man told me this was, "not his fault," because when he opened it - he saw a piece of internal hardware was bent... Nevermind the fact that the iPad was working perfectly fine, without any problems, for over a month since the fall (bent piece or not). Bottom line: I walked in with a broken iPad valued at $350. Personally, I would not recommend. I took my iMac there due to a software issue that occurred…read morebecause of a power surge. It should've been a simple software reinstall with a hard drive back up. When I went there, I had to be buzzed in which is not a big issue. I Explained the issue to which the person at the desk understood and when it was time to ring up my deposit they couldn't find the device or items necessary to do so. He said it would take 24 to 48 hours to fix. A week and a half later I had no updates, I tried calling during their limited window of operation, which is 12 PM to 6 PM. When I did get through, he said he was asking other friends for advice on how to fix it. To me that shows zero confidence and or knowledge to repair the device. I was told to come in at 1 o'clock to discuss the situation and apparently the employee was just getting there an hour late and it wasn't even the tech. I took my device elsewhere to a place down Taylorsville Road and it was fixed within 24 hours. The shop seemed similar to a pawn shop where they were selling wheels, scooters and other non-computer related devices. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your computer needs.
