Sirrah Services quoted me $550 for the season to take care of snow removal at my property. The…read moreagreement was that within 24 hours of more than 2" of snowfall, the property would be taken care of. The first snowfall, it took over 48 hours and countless messages to get them to the property. Once there, they did a good job. During the second snowfall of the season, they kept promising that they would show up and after 72 hours of not showing, lots of excuses of equipment being broken, I had to get someone else out to the property. Finally, with the third snowfall, I was told on two separate occasions, that someone would be there. After more than 36 hours and multiple follow-ups to ensure that they would arrive, it was another no show. After voicing my frustrations with only having the property serviced 1 out of 3 snowfalls and losing business at my location due to the lack of snow removal, I was told that they are no longer able to service the property for the season because gravel damaged his equipment. This was the first time I had heard that excuse and it had been over 3 weeks since he was even there to service the property, the only time he did. I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for someone reliable. I am now out my money for the season and have to try and find someone else to service the property when most people are already booked for the year.

I signed a contract on 1-23-26 and sent him money through Zelle (Lesson learned - never pay for services not provided), After the snowfall on 1-26, I sent him multiple texts asking when my driveway would be plowed. Three days later, when it still had not been plowed, I made arrangements with someone else and sent him an email indicating I wanted to terminate my contract and wanted a refund of what I paid him. This is when I saw a scathing Yelp review with similar problems as I have had (Lesson learned check out reviews prior to contracting with companies). I asked for my refund again on 1-28, and Jason indicated he would get the refund processed. On 1-30, I sent a text indicating he had all the information he needed to send my refund through Zelle, and me texted me indicating I would receive the refund in 7-10 business days. On 2-10, I texted him asking about my refund wince it had been 11 days, and he indicated "It should be" What does that mean - it either is or is not on its say. I sent an email on 2-15, indicating I wanted my refund. It is now 2-24, four weeks after I notified him I was terminating the contract and wanted my money back, as no services were provided. Never do any business with this individua.

I cannot give this business a positive review as I insist on RELIABILITY. The first day I called,…read morethere was no return call. The second day there was a return call late in the day from a female (mother?) stating that her son would come over to review the situation late Friday afternoon or Saturday. I cannot work with or recommend anyone who is undependable and have found someone else who can provide a dependable business experience. I will be calling the business who gave me the referral and let them know that it is risky to recommend anyone to their business. Evidently from other Yelp reviews customers either had positive experience or ones like mine with no reliability. This is disappointing as it is a locally owned business that offers numerous service if you can get them to follow through. I don't have the patience in spite of how kind the female was initially on the phone. If someone is not reliable, I don't want to waste my time with them and would caution others.

I cannot in good faith give this place a good review. After a phone exchange they asked me to email…read moremy inspection report. They never called me back, I sent them multiple emails and called multiple times. I always got voicemail and I never heard from them again. I liked their name and that they are locally owned. It's a shame. EDIT: The company finally reached out to me to respond to my REVIEW and not any of the work I needed done when I originally reached out to them (that was in early May). The email was hostile and unprofessional, sent at 11:48pm. Had the company reached out to me in a courteous or professional manner, and explained to me what had happened, then I would consider removing or changing my review. While I am sorry to hear about the passing of a family member/team member, it is not an excuse to wish bad karma on someone simply for leaving an honest review. As mentioned in my original review, while we never had SERVICES performed by this company, we still interacted with them on a professional basis. Customer service is apart of business just as much as services are. There is no reason to reach out to someone who left an honest review of their customer service and tell them, "I am so happy we did not continue on to consider you as a client.".
