The last hotel charged one of the families an additional $1250.00 for 2 extra guests in the room. We showed them paid receipts from Cruise Holidays. They said they meant nothing since we didn't have receipts directly from the hotel. When I contacted Cruise Holidays they assured me it was a mistake. A few days later, they email me and tell me their 3ed party contractor that actually booked the hotel said we owed the money. The owner of the company was useless in getting this resolved. I filed a Small claims petition and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB were able to contact the hotel corporate headquarters. After an investigation, they refunded our money. No help from Cruise Holidays at all.

All of which could've been avoided if they would've just cleaned the room and provided clean towels. Wouldn't stay here again! They quoted me a price which is around $380 and I signed the contract. In a couple days they called me back and said that I could have the car but now I had to pay $195 an hour plus minimum of 10 hours. They said of course I could cancel if I wanted to at that price I went ahead and canceled. I was told the reason was that they found out it was the NFL tournament downtown in Kansas City that weekend so that changed the price. I told them I signed a contact but that didn't seem to make a difference. With this kind of business practices, I feel like they will not be able to keep up their business if they treat all their customers this way. Please try another limo service before you try this one. The owner, Diane, designed our itinerary and picked the wineries based off her experience and expertise-- and they were PERFECT!!!!! Our driver Mark was so helpful and his service level and professionalism was above and beyond! I feel their pricing is VERY fair and there are many vehicles to choose from. Our vehicle was so beautiful, sanitized, and welcoming. It can be hard to know who to use for this kind of thing, I highly recommend this company!!
