He said he could visit for estimate in two days. He arrived as arranged and was here an hour during which he was up on the roof examining the damage and giving a detailed running description of the existing problems (both as originally built and current damage) and what his crew will do to replace and materials to be used. I agreed on cost estimate which was comfortably within my expectation. Jeff said they could start the job in a week to 10 days. Crew showed up in a week with all materials and began to demo that day. The crew, led by Lee, were well organized, skilled, and friendly. So, one full week later I had a new flat roof that was better than original. This company is on my list for future projects.
