A ( another lie ) Which I sent a copy of the receipt to you guys. yes you refunded half the cost of the furnace..  Being January I did not question him I just needed the furnace working because my dad was a double amputee and a dialysis patient and didn't want him to get any sicker so we had you guys replace it.  Also, after having your tech come out for maintenance this year to only cause an issue with the humming noise after he left that wasn't there before he did his maintenance. And then have two other technicians from your company try to tell me its the duct work and the vent cover. Which it was neither. Then you send out a tech that replace a motor and then something else, Noise still there. Even after I told him I hired Genz Ryan to come look at it and the said it was a faulty gas regulator valve. Funny how there is not any noise when the A/C is running but there is when the furnace is running. Same duct work same vent covers.. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Well, since posting that review, the owner looked into why this happened and then contacted me directly to explain what happened and to apologize to me personally. The issue was in the way the messages were being handled by their office attendant. I have changed my review to five stars because it was clear to me that the owner, Levi, was unaware that an error had occurred, and once he became aware, he researched why it happened and then reached out to me to make it right. We are all imperfect human beings and live in an imperfect world. What matters is whether we have the strength of character to directly address mistakes when then happen and fix them. Levi was very quick to respond, and I had them come out to my house to give me a quote for the job. This is the kind of accountability and integrity that made me decide to give them another shot. I look forward to working with them.

There were a few snags with measurements that they made go away. We had some issues with a some windows after they had been installed for a winter. They researched the problem with Marvin and Shaw, their vendors. Determined the best solution and took care of it. Phil, a senior craftsman for them does exceptionally nice work and handled the trickiest areas. We are demanding customers and they took great care of us. Our neighbors recommended them and we were disappointed. Easy to write the review when the project was done so well.
