Well this is a really fun cool store. I found it a little crowded in there but it is probably just me. I'm not crazy about close spaces and I started to cough which in the age of Covid pretty much means that you're trying to kill people and I feel guilty about that. But the dust and the must and the mold from old things does that to me. But I love them and the store really has such a delightful variety of items to choose from. I was looking for a small rug when I ended up getting a large artificial wreath which I am thrilled about. The price was right and the sales person who helped me was absolutely delightful. A delight to shop here! Exquisite pieces ranging from very expensive to very very reasonable. Bought a lovely inlaid music table but as we were travellling they stored it and held it till I got home (2 monnths later) and when I called to say "ship it, I'll give you my card number", she had already shipped it. My wife had wanted to stop by for months. Finally we had a window of time and we stopped by this past week(Sep 16). Within minutes of going in my wife returned and said she'd never go back. A salesperson/owner inside was sitting at a table eating fish or some food that reeked of rotted fish permeating the entire store. Not to be critical but I have had experience where some Vietnamese employees where I once worked were asked politely to avoid, if possible, certain odeferous foods because like like this store the smells reeked everywhere and to some like my wife it's just short of causing a gag reflex. I realize different cultures eat different foods than others but in a public environment I feel care should be taken to avoid making anyone feel ill. We shop a lot of antique stores but this environment experience was anything but pleasurable. To add insult to injury the individual eating was at a table straddling an aisle and wouldn't even move inwards out of the way forcing everyone to have to go to another aisle to get around. Despite my wife saying it appeared there were some nice items we'll never know as we'll never be back. read more

RE is a great addition to the NK shopping scene. Its owners always have a warm welcome, and they have a good eye for unusual "vintage" and antique treasures. I always find things to buy: like 4 antique French prints for my library; or a vintage, mellowed gold mirror for our powder room; or the 14k swirled gold ring with diamond baguettes -- all at terrific prices! RE has a loyal following -- give them your Wish List and they'll find specific items for you -- and be sure to stop in weekly because their inventory changes daily! THIS shop may be a great place to find high-end items. BUT be wary before you sell/consign your pieces for sale here. Their practices are not straight forward and not honest. And the markups are huge. For one item the seller was offered $350 and told it was only a reproduction and had damage anyway. It turned out Re Antiques and Interiors offered the item for sale a short time later for nearly $5000. I'd expect some mark up , but this seems excessive, and the shifty practices are very disheartening. read more

Have purchased s antique typewriter, and jewelry.. including a Movado watch. Merchandise turns over quickly, so a weekly visit is a must... Has a mailing list which gives me a heads-up on special events, such as free used gold appraisals, which only goes up.. A must stop, even written up in Yankee Magazine. read more

I like visiting this place, though many items are priced on the very high side. We have purchased from this place just once, and although the items in here are VERY beautiful, it's a bit too rich for my purse. The staff is super friendly, and you always feel very welcome when you walk in the door. They support local artists with some really cute hand made items that you don't see everyday. I can see this place as a decorator's dream shop, because they have many items that are real conversation pieces. read more
