I wouldn't waste my time with them. No one showed up to our scheduled appointment. I called the next day to see what happened and they were able to send someone that night, which was about the only good thing. The sales rep that showed up was pushy and stayed in our home for hours trying to convince us to sign up although we told him we had another vendor to look at. Products they use are not the best quality. Their life time guarantee is a joke. You start asking them what it covers and you find out it doesn't cover much. We purchased a frameless shower door installation through Home Depot, which was subcontracted to Re-Bath. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward project turned into a months-long process involving multiple installation attempts and significant inconvenience. After the initial installation, the shower leaked. Re-Bath returned and ultimately replaced the entire glass door, but the leakage problem remained. I provided video documentation showing where the water was escaping. Based on that information, the glass door manufacturer recommended several potential corrective measures, including adding a bulb seal between the doors, installing a dam strip at the bottom of the door, checking the stationary panel caulking, and verifying the threshold slope. When the installer returned for the third attempt, the first item investigated was the threshold. Interestingly, the threshold had been checked during the original site survey and measurement as well as a previous installation attempt yet no concerns were raised at that time. After further evaluation, it was determined that the threshold was part of the problem so I had it corrected before allowing the project to continue. Following the threshold correction and the addition of the recommended bulb seal and dam strip, the shower no longer leaks. While I am glad that the leakage issue has finally been resolved, it took three installation attempts, replacement of the door, additional modifications, months without normal use of the shower, and considerable effort on my part to reach this outcome. What is particularly disappointing is that I have had other frameless shower enclosures in previous homes that functioned properly without the need for added bulb seals or dam strips. My expectation was a professionally installed frameless shower door that performed correctly from the beginning, not one that required multiple corrective measures after repeated installation attempts. In the end, the problem was eventually resolved, and I appreciate the individuals who continued working toward a solution. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this Re-Bath for a frameless shower door project, nor would I choose to purchase a similar installation through Home Depot again. read more

They are not professional, they showed up late and make you feel uncomfortable in your own house, the quote was also outrageous, even for this economy. read more

These people are absolutely awful. They have left me four voicemails and this is AFTER the previous two they left that I did return and told them I had already hired someone. They have people calling over and over from different phone lines. They obviously do not keep good records and it feels scammy. I put this bid out in June, it is now August and my bathroom is done and they are STILL calling and leaving me messages. So frustrating! read more

I had Re-bath take out the tub & put in a shower. They did it in 2 days at the cost of $11,819.65. They left big gaps at the top & bottom of the new shower walls. They filled it with caulk that now has holes in the caulk. I am pretty sure it was cheap caulking. The Moen shower plate has so many water marks that won't come off. Re-Bath claimed it is the highest end Moen equipment (I don't think so). Lastly one of the glass shower doors won't stay shut. I called them but they seem to dismiss my concerns. See attached photos. Absolutely trash! The salesman that came by had no clue on how to do a bathroom. As an example they wanted to charge $1000 to remove a 4' x 5' glass block wall. That was an extra charge for an already costly demolition. Every other company just included it in the job. He also suggested that they just put tile over top of the old existing tile. Some highlights of my nightmare bathroom renovation included: - Dirty water POURING out of the vent under my bathroom, damaging furniture. Good thing I was home to turn the water off!! - ReBath employees showing up at my house when they were not scheduled - ReBath employees no-showing when they were actually scheduled, after I took time off work to be home - Several parts being mis-ordered. (Wrong size of vanity, Wrong shower head, Missing knob, Defective shower base). These MISTAKES delayed the project by over 5 weeks when I was originally told it would take two days total! - Installers knocking a large hole through the wall on the other side of the bathroom and not telling me about it since it was blocked by a dresser - ReBath employees denting walls and stair rails (4 large dings) - Constant dripping of bath faucet the day after installation. This wasn't resolved for weeks. - Extremely RUDE customer service when I tried to get the issues resolved I am not happy with the end product, the process, or the lack of customer service provided. Rebath charges way more than their competitors under the guise that they can do everything in a short amount of time. There was actually a lot the installers couldn't do (i.e. reinstall the toilets they removed, fix the wall holes they caused, etc) and my main bathroom wasn't usable for weeks. I would NEVER recommend this company and I plan to warn everyone I know to stay away if they value their time and money!! Rebath advertises a 3-day remodel. The sales person promised a lot of things that simply weren't true. While my bathroom turned out beautiful, we had a number of problems. They brought in a cracked sink and a cracked toilet, all of which had to be reordered. The job turned into months of waiting. The installers were great and seemed knowledgeable. I am currently remodeling two more bathrooms in my home. My contractor bid both bathrooms out at half the cost of my Rebath bathroom. He looked at that 3/4 Rebath bath And said it should have cost 1/4 of what I paid without ever mentioning how much I did pay. I felt sick at the money I wasted. Get several bids! read more

Re-Bath put in my shower years ago and we had no problems with the initial install. Since then I have had to call for a few repairs and the customer service and response is AWFUL! I have called/texted several times in the last 4 weeks for a simple repair on a grab bar and I keep getting told they will get me scheduled when someone is is my area. So in 4 weeks not a single person has been in my area? Come on! Meanwhile I am still with a hanging grab bar and shower caddy problem and not even on the schedule yet. Expensive for cheaper products. I used them through Home Depot to use my points that I can get gift cards with. In the demolition of sawing our cast iron bathtub in three places, they put a big hole through the other side of one wall in my walk-in closet that has a vanity there and then the other side it crack the tile on a bathroom I didn't remodel. They fix the wall but their handyman did take a chip of paint to match but came back with a darker paint and refused to paint the hole room which was that much to paint and he also touched up in the bathroom around a door with the paint with it which made that room needed a new paint job. He said that's not in their bid. Re-Bath gave me $400 off to go get my own painter but no one is that cheap. I've been waiting for a painter we use but he has put us on lower priority because it's a small job. Poor quality shower. Poor customer service. Poor repair service. We have a lifetime guarantee on a re-bath shower purchased in 2012. Anytime the water is turned on, water pours out of the shower. We have reached out to re-bath several times to repair our shower. Many times the receptionist was rude, hung up on us (not exaggerating) said they'd call back and didn't. She had an annoyed tone on several occasions. My first issue is re-bath's customer service is bad. Our shower still hasn't been fixed. We've had 4 service men come out and 3 have left saying, "we don't have the equipment to fix this." This is 3 years of poor service. Additionally, they have said they will have the secretary call us to schedule a follow up so it can be fixed, but they never call or fix it. Today we called again and were give a 3 week wait for an appt. I don't recommend this company. read more

Absolute rip off! They chipped my counter upon installation and would not replace or fix it, all fixtures pulled out of the waIl later, they wouldn't replace any molding around the door and the flooring was installed incorrectly. I had another contractor come out for a different project and they laughed at the price I payed to have it done. I'm embarrassed that I let a salesman talk me into this! Called them to do some repair work, and immediately they started with "up-sell" pitches. They said they do "top quality" repairs, "as good as new" but "you are smarter than that" and "you only want the best" so "why repair when we can replace w/ new for about the same price?"' The are basically poorly trained used car salesmen it seems. They left me with a slimy feeling and both my wife and I didn't want anything to do with their high pressure, up-sell tactics. They also are very expensive for anything you want done. We ended up finding someone to do the repair for 10% of what they wanted for the repair and for 2% of what they wanted to replace w/ new. The salesman who came over was very pleasant and informative, we picked out our tile and signed a contract that night. The first day I was a bit skeptical because only one person showed up to put in our shower. He was wonderful! No mess, he put runners everywhere and cleaned up everything when he was done. I'm so disappointed. My husband and I saved for quite a while to have Re-Bath come remodel our shower and tub. They said it would take 1-2 days and it ended up taking 5! This is our only shower/tub! They kept saying that "they" didn't put the right stuff on the truck. They broke our toilet (but did replace that), put massive holes in our flooring (gave us a small discount for that), put holes in our ceiling below the bathroom, and after all of that, I was cleaning my tub two weeks later and the entire corner of the bathtub is cracked off as well as a huge scratch in the wall of the shower. I didn't expect it to be perfect but when you pay $7800 for a shower/tub, it should be pretty dang close. I would NEVER recommend this company. read more

They quoted me at $10k with cheap plastic standup shower materials and fake laminated countertop where i can buy them all from lowes and home depot for $700 or less. Which means they are charging you over 9k in labor and commissions... They will also tell you craps like all materials are commercial grade that high end hotels use... About to "Get Gephardt" about this one, they charged my elderly (ok, not elderly, but close) mother $10,000 for a 40 sq ft bathroom that did not include the floor, cabinet, mirror or lights. They did a vinyl surround on the wall (1/2 height) and new tub and surround for the shower, and shower fixture. Yes they had to pipe the shower (only tub before) and move the light switch. But seriously? If that's normal, please someone let me know. My estimate for all materials when being over generous is $4,000 so labor is 60%? Yes it was done in two days (one if you count hours worked), but I tell you what if there is one speck of mold on it in my lifetime I will raise h*&&. Predatory to say the least. read more

My father-in-law's upstairs tub started leaking into the basement, he is 82 and asked if we could shop around for him and get some ballpark pricing. We decided to go to their showroom in SLC. The lady at the counter told us that she did not have any pricing and that they would have to come out to the house to give a price. Fair enough, but we just needed a ball park so that dad could get together the funds. We asked if there was anyone there that could just give us a ball park price. She dashed away and we started looking around. The store is not in good condition, there are bugs in the light fixtures, weeds in the parking lot, and it really had a foul smell. After 20 minutes of waiting and not getting any prices we decided to leave. If you are considering this company, please take a look at their showroom first. Minus two stars would be my review!!!!! They said the job would take 3-7 days. It took literally months!!!! We wanted a bath converted to a shower because my husband was terminally ill. Well, my husband passed away three months into the job. (I won't even go into the hardship of death and dying while my master bath was ripped up for months!) I had to take some time for myself after his passing so the job was just completed this week!!! The worker would not show for days after starting the job. Then he would no show or come for one hour and leave. I had leaks, had to ask them to re-do work, they would say the shower worked and there would be no water in the wand, the job was finished but there was no cold in the wand, joints were inadequate and could have blown at any moment and had to be redone, shower walls were replaced two times, etc. I should have looked on yelp before signing on!!!! read more

DON"T DO IT! really? $6000 for crap? sure they did it in one day, but one year later there is mold in all the caulking. the drain caulking looks disgusting and yes, it's cleaned every week. we thought this would be easier for aging parents to take care of than the old tub. they rinse it and dry after every shower. yet, once a week i have to go on my hands and knees and scrub with their "special" cleaner. the tub attracts dirt and looks worse than the old one. it took me half an hour of rubbing to get the grayness off the tub, the tracks for the shower doors look awful and the shower doors look awful. i clean them every week! the old tub was much easier to maintain! read more

Called today and talked with Katie and couldn't even get them to come out to do an estimate for me. She said they wouldn't even come out to give an estimate unless the owner of the property was here to be able to sign "legal paperwork". Really? I do this all the time and I have NEVER had this problem! And no, the owner will not be coming out here, that's what they hired me for! You just lost a LOT of business! When the sales pitch that precedes the quote is long and drawn out explaining how great they are beware!! We got 3 quotes from reputable companies to remodel our shower cubicle - the price varied between $3000-4000, then we called Re-Bath to quote us. Just for the shower cubicle, not the entire bathroom they quoted us $14,500.00 (and they could maybe get it down $500 depending on how we paid - high pressure wanting us to sign and commit there and then). This is using the same materials and performing the same tasks and finishes. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!! read more
