They found a 30 ft blockage in the drain, claiming it was from our buildup and pouring grease down there. We had only lived there for a few months, and never poured any grease down the drain. I feel like 30 ft of blockage had to have come from years of buildup, yet they still charged us $600 for the plumbing bill. We tried to fight it, but they said it was because of misuse of the sink, and that there was no way to prove it was not us. We even tried to call the plumber to prove that something like that would take years to build up, yet they would not make a statement because of their partnership. Do not rent with these people unless you want your bank account drained
