This year they sent me a gift card for one of the local fancy grocery stores for Christmas along with a holiday card which was an unexpected pleasure. They will ask for the list of concerns during inspection and do handle the repairs in accordance with the budgets they have to work with. Great company to work with as a renter in my opinion.
