We will begin photographing all cars/license and people that make contact with our family members, which on average, is 2 cars/trucks full of people per day.  We have not achieved any level of success over the past 2 years asking you to please handle this so we are not having to provide real estate services to your potential clients. She lacks in both responsiveness (i.e. would often have to ask her a question several times over days to get an answer; would not receive callbacks when she said she would call), and in professionalism (i.e. explaining she was calling back hours later than she'd said she would because she "went to the store"; discussing things while also tending to her young children in the background; not having any idea what the needed number was on the meter for the electric company; asking me if I had scissors available to take the real estate sign off of our house.) None of these things were huge but they added up throughout the transaction, and her nonchalant attitude made us feel as if she were spending her time tending to clients that were a bigger pay off. She appears to have good reviews in the past so I wonder if she is taking on more than she can handle(?)
