Ray was selling the land for his brother Who was out of the state. Ghayoumi agreed to sell me the property. I gave him $1,000. When the closing date was set, Ghayoumi said I was to pay his closing costs. This was a deal breaker. I signed a termination contract. Ghayoumi refused to give me back my $1,000. At the end I was glad not to have any further Business with such a nickle and dimer.

Dustin never gave the impression that we were a paycheck to him, in fact he was a friend, he was a great help to us, and he stuck it through till the end. He was always available when we needed to communicate and he fought for us to get the best deals, even if it meant deals falling through. Our first house he told us about an inspector who was fairly priced and was very much attention to detail. This inspector saved us from buying a house that looked fine, but had extensive termite damage. Dustin continued to encourage us, after our "dream house" had a terrible report from the inspection. A month later we found a better house. One that needed a roof repair. The sellers were not great at communicating and yet Dustin fought to bridge the gap, on the end we were able to get them to replace the roof with no expense to us and we now live in a home we absolutely adore.
