As a former mortgage broker, he was very knowledgeable about the finance options, he took the time to find out our likes and dislikes in a home so that he was able to pre-screen a lot of houses for us. He would also be willing to go to as many houses in a day as I wanted, and he never pressured us to make an offer or acted the slightest bit frustrated when we rejected counter offers. He was present for closing, all of the walk-throughs, and responded quickly to all of our questions. Not only is he this realty superman, he also knows every kind of handyman you could ask for.
