She was honest, came prepared with substantive comparative prices and showed a consistent history of selling homes. That was Cheri Champ. Cheri came out within a day to talk with me and worked hand in hand with me on what I should prioritize on cleaning and repairs. She had the perfect set of repair people on speed dial, cleaning people, dump run people, contractors to help fix the antique lath and plaster walls, and more. It was no easy task. It took nearly two months of purging, packing, donating, and repairs. Cheri came by a few times and was impressed with the speed and dedication I showed. Once the moving van pulled out, Cheri had everything completely and perfectly orchestrated; the house was staged, photographed, and a open house within a day. Cheri kept me informed every step of the way. Cheri was always available, is a great listener, never dismissive, provided alternative perspectives, and always provided sound advice, time after time. I would not hesitate to recommend Cheri Champ. She is best.

Be mindful that when dealing with these folks that they have super high turn-over and the right hand often knows little of what the left hand is doing. Henry Hammacher, while I realize this is a new job for you, it may be worth your while to brush up on your customer service a bit. Coming out of left field with a haymaker and a misunderstanding of what really happened in the situation is hardly a good approach. I'd give zero stars if I could. Will not recommend, and this lack of recommendation to my colleages coming into the community is going to sting a bit.

There is new management as of 1-2 years ago and they are really trying to clean the place up and are going about it in the entirely wrong way, in my humble opinion. Good things about this place- 1. They are outside of Eureka a little bit so there aren't as many homeless people wandering through. This can also be a downside if you don't have a vehicle or are having car trouble 2. There are showers, restrooms, and a laundry room. Laundry is much cheaper than at the local laundromats Not so good things about this place- 1. The managers are trying to get better tenants while removing amenities, not fixing things that desperately need fixing, and constantly changing the rules requiring tenants to spend money on things that are not their responsibility, and then changing the requirements as soon as they have complied. They are also raising the rent while doing this, even for people who have contracts that stipulate otherwise or who they haven't notified. 2. When there are problems that a tenant needs to have solved (like a homeless person causing trouble, other tenants allowing pets to potty without cleaning up, someone doing drugs, etc), the landlords put the responsibility back on the tenants requiring them to tell them exactly who is causing the trouble or calling them when it happens and then not responding for days or longer when they do 3. They are cutting the maintenance man's hours while requiring him to do more than they are paying him for. Because of this, major things requiring repair aren't getting repaired and lawns aren't being mowed and the clippings are left all over the tenants space 4. There are major electrical problems at this location- outlets catching on fire and having major issues like reverse polarity. This has caused damaged to multi trailers and RVs. When it does cause damage or a tenant has to spend a lot of money on an expensive surge protector, they refuse to pay for the damage they have caused and blame the tenant 5. There are many problems with the sewer system as well- drain flies, improper and leaking hookups they will not fix, even if they were messed up before you moved in, etc. I had to spend my own time and money to be able to hook up my RV and it still leaked and smelled. You also cannot leave your black or gray tanks open. This was rather inconvenient as my gray tank filled up daily. All in all, they are one of a very few trailer parks in Eureka that have openings and a less unreasonable rent amount. It's that way for a reason.

He sent, without my authorization a crew to remove a fence I installed( at my cost) and have it redone without the specifications we agreed to after work was unauthorized and started by jeff's crew. They redid the fence and took away my gate, even though they said I would be getting my gate, no worries. Then decided to never fix or return calls. Jeff was told of the issues personally before my new neighbors bought the house but he told them he has no knowledge of any issues with our property (we had communication proof) I would literally shy away from this company and jeff because they're practices from my understanding we needing to be reviewed as they were doing illegal and unethical practices.
