Did not take any responsibility for any of the nightmare I'm STILL experiencing 3 weeks later. They send out aggressive & threatening emails. Nit picking emails that are vague. Essentially saying this activity is causing an issue. And completely ignoring what is in actuality causing the issue. People leaving bags of trash in their foyers, on their decks etc. Vermin in the trash area that I've seen during daylight taking out my trash. They state rules like "No Smoking" but don't enforce them. Causing severe health issues to some residents. Night time security is a joke. If you call in regards to people outside at 1130 pm, hooting & hollering. They take the information from you. Then say "We'll let the office know when they open back up". We met during an open house and she answered SO many of our questions that we were just floored by her knowledge of the area, properties and services. We decided to have her be our Realtor, and what a great decision that was! Melissa checked in on us often during the process of purchasing our amazing (squeal!) home. She was always there to answer questions, make suggestions and keep us informed in what was happening and what to expect next. She truly is caring and obviously loves to do what she does... it reflects in the way she manages her business and clients like us. If anyone ever mentioned they were buying a house, Melissa's name would be the first one to come out of our mouth! She truly made our experience amazing-- we are very lucky to say that we don't have a horror story when it comes to buying a house. I don't think I could give her all the recognition she deserves in a review-- she made our dreams come true with our house and even more with the way she handled our process. Thank you, Melissa!

Scott and Molly prepared our house for sale while we were living across the country, and they handled every detail as if it were their own home. They oversaw significant repairs, coordinated pre-listing inspections, and made sure the house was in outstanding condition before it ever hit the market. Throughout the process, they were incredibly mindful of our budget while still moving quickly and efficiently to get everything done. They were thoughtful about comps to ensure we were strategic on pricing. Once the home was listed, they kept us informed every step of the way, providing thoughtful feedback after open houses and showings and offering expert guidance throughout the process. Their strategy and execution paid off: we received a full-price offer with no contingencies and a quick close. I truly can't say enough good things about this team. If you're looking for agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, strategic, and willing to go above and beyond for their clients, Scott and Molly are the best in the business.

As one can imagine, buying a new home in a new city presents many challenges, but Scott and Molly made this process seamless-so seamless that we actually bought the home while seeing it on FaceTime. That's the type of trust they created. Scott and Molly were understanding, kind, honest, and flexible. They took time to learn about our needs, and we felt taken care of during the time it took for me to sell my home in Indianapolis and close on our new property here in Seattle. I cannot thank Scott and Molly enough for their work and professionalism. We cannot wait to recommend them to friends, colleagues, and family. - Joe, Burien, WA

Through his brilliant skills, I had 23 great offers in just one week. He is amazingly masterful at understanding the ups and downs of the Seattle area market. He knew just what I had to do to prepare my home, stage it, and get ready for potential buyers. He and his team were with me every inch of the way, and TJ made himself available day or night to answer all my questions. I don't think there are words that carry enough weight to describe Joey. I found myself in a…read moresituation probably similar to many people a few years ago: in a condo worth less than I owed, taking pay cuts at work due to economic slow down, a real estate market in the tank. I tried several times to take advantage of government programs, my mortgage holders programs, anything to get my mortgage restructured so I could stay in the condo but nothing came through. I was at the end of the road and had resigned myself to going through a foreclosure and trashing my credit for a long time. I told Joey my situation and she recommended we try and short-sale my condo, I was game for anything but very skeptical that it could get done because nothing was selling and the last unit that did sell was woefully low. I told her my reservations and worries and she told me to get her some information, not worry about it, and let her go to work. The process was slow at first but Joey was hustling on my behalf, pretty soon we started to get people trickling in and in a few months we had 4 offers stacked up ready to roll. As soon as I started to get my hopes up that I could get out of this jam the bank came back and said all the offers were too low and gave us the lowest number they would take. I was sure that was the end and I was sunk, Joey kept working on the bank and the buyers until she was miraculously able to get a buyer and the bank to the same number, unbelievable! Then we found out the condo building was too far behind on HOA payments to accept the buyers loan, again Joey came to the rescue and worked out a deal to get enough of the HOA's paid to make the percentages right. Joey was literally the light at the end of a tunnel for me and I am in debt to her forever. More importantly than being an awesome realtor Joey is a super person, honest, down to earth, and trustworthy. I will absolutely work with Joey again and always refer my friends and family to her.

My husband and I were in the market to buy a house in either Mercer Island, Bellevue, or Kirkland…read morebut we were living in San Francisco and were doing most of our looking using real estate apps. We knew that we were going to need an agent to help us because the apps are nothing compared to an experienced agent. We were in Seattle for 4 days to try to find a home that met all of our needs and Joey respected our crunch for time and our budget. We had our two little ones along on the tours for some of the days and Joey was able to help us juggle the kids, too! The tours: Joey had about 30 houses for us to look at in the areas that we were interested in so we were very busy. We had a wide range of sizes and prices so we got a good feel for what our money would buy. Joey didn't rush us one bit. We revisited a few homes once we narrowed our options down and we spent a fair amount of time looking, talking, and looking again. I appreciated the fact that Joey allowed my husband to fully talk over each house and did not insert her opinion until we asked; she kept all of her replies based on resale and the value of the property. Very objective. The offer: Joey was able to very quickly get a home inspector on the property that we decided to make an offer on which was important to us because we had to move fast as others were pre-inspecting the house. We bought in December so that may have something to do with it, but I feel like she treats people well so when she calls, they try to accommodate her. The inspector that she recommended was very thorough and found items that resulted in Joey suggesting that we offer less than asking on a house on Mercer Island. I was nervous about offering less, but Joey read the situation correctly and our offer was accepted. She is a strong negotiator. She looks all sweet on the outside- don't be fooled by that! All of this happened within our 4 day visit. It was a great feeling to fly home to San Francisco knowing that we had an offer accepted on a home. Financial Stuff: Joey recommended that we use Caliber Loans. They are quick, thorough, and well-regarded. (We did come pre-approved so that step was taken care of and made the buying process much faster). Long-Distance Relationship: Joey was very quick to communicate by email, phone, or text whenever we had any questions. Caliber Loans and Joey both sent all papers using Verisign and it was easy to close even though we were in California. She sent our keys overnight with some goodies for the girls (which they loved!). She helped us find a landscaper to keep the property clean until we move in, researched an issue with our new neighbor about a tree in our yard, and she continued to respond quickly to any and all questions that we've had. She has been AMAZING! If you are living out of state and are looking to buy, call her. She makes everything so easy. I know that when we go to sell this house and then buy our next one, Joey will be our realtor.
