It was very frustrating and regrettable dealing with the Kennedys. Our property went through two escrows before closing. First time Patrick Kennedy did not read the contract and wanted me to "hurry and sign a.s.a.p." He never read the contract, when I read the first escrow I found a $4,000 line-item that he did not see. During the second escrow I was threatened with a "lawsuit" if I didn't sign a.s.a.p. even though he missed the correct legal description that did not include the LOT the house was on. I would give him zero stars if I could and give 4 stars to the office staff that handled his mistakes. Just an observation, read the other reviews for Kennedy. They are written by Kennedy. They are not casual personal reviews by customers, they are commercials written by the realtors. Just read one. read more
