My first call went unanswered, and I received only a vague text reply asking, "What can I do for you?" I responded politely, asking for a call when she had time, but was again met with a similar text -- no call or real attempt to communicate. Eventually, I toured the property with another agent. To my surprise, Sissy hadn't informed the seller I was coming, so the owner was present during the showing -- which made for an awkward experience. The home, listed at $269,000, clearly needed over $80,000 in repairs. Oddly, it also had price tags on furniture and appliances, and I was told weekend yard sales were happening, depending on when the house sold. I submitted a reasonable offer, which was countered at full list price -- largely due to poor communication and mismanagement on the agent's side. I ended up contacting the seller directly, and we agreed on a fair price with me covering closing costs. However, Sissy rejected the submitted paperwork because it wasn't from her office, demanding I sign 20 new pages of documents I hadn't reviewed. At that point, it felt like starting from scratch. I withdrew my offer. The home sat on the market for over 140 days and eventually dropped from $269,000 to $200,000. I submitted a new offer and was again met with an unreasonable counter -- full list price plus buyer covering all commission. Throughout this process, Sissy rarely communicated, relied solely on text, and could take weeks to reply. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a real estate agent. I strongly advise others to think twice before working with her.

Before we moved in there was a broken window that they told us would be fixed before we moved in, after moving in it took them two months to fix it, there was a mold problem that was never taken care of that we had to fix, and they give you a green sheet to write all of the problems with the apartment/house on so they don't charge you for it and they say that they will fix all of the problems. After 6 months of living at that horrible place they haven't fixed a thing that we wrote down. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING!
