The neighbor paid off one morgage of 20k. Then a 2nd mortgage company stepped in.The neighbor has been trying to pay off that mortgage just to get her land back. She has paid the property tax for the last 4yrs. She hired a local attorney, who is also the attorney this realtor uses. The attorney told this lady the financial agency was mean to him and he couldn't get pay off info. So a couple months later this realtor was at the property saying they were remodeling the home & asking 200k for it. Now this home has sat for 4 yrs without anyone doing anything & now this realtor who uses the same attorney the 90yr old lady hired is suddenly got this house on the market. I would say there is some illegal crap going on between this realtor and the attorney. How sad & how sorry it is to do this to a 90yr old whose son was found dead inside the home. A house her deceased husband & son built. After she has already paid out more than 30k to property tax, 1st lean holder, & payments sent in to 2nd lean holder. I would NEVER recommend this company & I will continue to tell this ladies story as long as I live! You people should be ashamed! God does not like Ugly & you sorry people will pay for the ugly things you have done. If you did this to one elderly person I am certain she isn't the only one. I hope you never have another decent night's sleep for the rest of your lives.

I went into the shed and was looking at a plastic drill bit tower where I couldn't get the doors open. The staff member gentleman worked on it for a few minutes and was able to open it for me. What a nice guy so I said I would get. As I turned to walk out with it out of the clear blue an out-of-control short old man staff member ripped it out of my hands pulling me off balance and put it back on the shelf. The staff member gentleman who helped me get the doors open apologized. I told the short spoiled brat old man he was ignorant and lucky he wasn't on the floor. He then attempted to go after me and wanted to fight. I stood there for a minute as the staff member gentleman stopped him and told Bob, (which is the short old man staff members name) to stop. I walked away. The sheer irrationality of spoiled Bob was astounding, and I can't believe they actually hired employees like spoiled old man Bob. Bob was very lucky as he was stopped, or it would have ended very badly for him and is very lucky I didn't call the police as Bob committed the FELONIOUS offense of ROBBERY which the Alabama statutes like most states' statutes require the elements of the offense is the use of FORCE or the threat of FORCE to deprive property from a person which spoiled brat Bob committed. Be careful at their estate sales as out of control Bob may commit another FELONY. I can't believe Sublett's Heirloom Estate Sales hired this guy who is a total liability as someone will get hurt in the future by this irrational spoiled brat.

There was a driver at my house within 20 mins (worked out well, I realize, bc he had just unloaded a tow a few miles away.) They were competitively priced as I had called a couple other places already. Alex, the driver, showed up and was courteous, funny, competent, and easy to talk to. He loaded up the car quickly and I met him at the garage where the car was being repaired. I would certainly use them again and am adding them to my contacts in case of a future emergency. :)
