If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked. The apartments look nice from a distance, but then you notice all the subpar details like paint on tile and floors, appliances are garbage, they skip garbage pick up whenever they want. These are not luxury apartments like they advertise.
