I recently had a very dissatisfying encounter with this brokerage. I put an offer on one of their…read morelistings and didn't hear back until they informed me that it was a multiple offer situation. In my case, they were not happy because I hold a real estate license and they didn't want to share the commission. Two of the representatives that I was first in contact with were very rude and condescending. I just hope that they didn't give the other buyer information on how much the bank was willing to sell for or give them the number of my best offer... Regardless, I have no proof of anything, but would not recommend this brokerage to anybody. Sadly enough, these are the situations that give RE Agents bad reps...
