Unprofessional and unresponsive! I called the office to check on a wire transfer tracking…read moreinformation for a sale that was said to have been sent on a Friday. As of Wednesday, my money is missing and Scarab has been quite elusive in providing tracking information. First, I was told someone would call me back in 30 minutes. Second, when I called back 1 hour later, I was told they would take a message again. When I asked to simply get the wire tracking info I was transferred to Jeff. Third, Jeff said he didn't have time and would look it up later and call me back. When I insisted that he just provide the tracking number and we could avoid having more calls, he hung up on me. Fourth, when I called back and Jeff answered, I asked why he hung up on me. His response was that he was done with the call. Fifth, when Jason, the owner got on the call he refused to provide any information and claimed to not know anything about the Friday wire. June 30th was the closing. July 7th there is still no money wired into my account. Scarab does not seem to care about business that they have already been paid for. They don't seem to care about customers who simply want their money from properties they sold. Be careful of Scarab...you may not like the surprises at the end or the way they treat their customers once they have their money. When the money is in escrow, they could care less.
