The correct info on my listing is not correct. The photos they did were horrible.... she never once came to my home during the time she was the listing agent. The day I ask to cancel my listing with her she magically has a showing on it the next day at 7 pm. Come to find out the people she showed the home to was neighbors across the street. Long story short I asked to cancel my listing agreement and pay the $250 dollars to cancel. This is when it turned friendly to horrible. The broker Barbara Quist won't let me out of a contract that says I can't sell my home or hire another realtor for 6 months. They made me drop off a personal check then the personal check wasn't any good and they requested a cashiers check I been trying to drop it off to them 3 or more time. I even had Barbara Quist call the police department on me so now I refuse to go back to her office. Barbara Quist Should not be trusted. After much research I found out she's done this to many of people and I'm just a piece of meat to her. This is causing me a lot of emotional stress..... this is not what hiring a realtor should be. Anyone interested in hiring a agent please avoid this remax office because Barbara Quist has a bad reputation and is known for being a dirty, rude, disrespectful person. Save your money and time and hire someone else.
