We had Texian Fence install a concrete stem wall topped by a TREX Seclusions composite fence on our…read more1/4-acre lot. It was their first time installing the TREX system & they did a great job with a 3-man crew. They returned to do some troubleshooting on the 10-ft double gate because it wasn't closing properly. They showed up on time, cleaned up reasonably well after the job was complete, and we're very pleased with their work on that portion of the job. We get compliments on the TREX fence quite regularly, and it has been a fantastic addition to our property. We also purchased a section of powder-coated aluminum fence thru them and had them install. This fence has been nothing but trouble, and I would not recommend this product for the very expensive price. The quality is sub-standard, and pickets are falling out under very light use (no kids, so slamming, etc). Texian Fence submitted a warranty claim, but has yet to rectify the situation after numerous e-mails and texts. I also pointed out that some portions of the fence had screws in each picket, but a large portion had not, thus could potentially be an easy repair if they'd send someone out to look at it. No one showed up on two occasions. We are now 6-months after install. Because of their lack of action on the aluminum fence repair, I have not recommended them to other potential customers in our community who have inquired. In the event they follow up and complete the repairs, I will update this review.

A gentleman came to do the quote. He saw that the gate was rubbing on my sidewalk. He decided to fix it at that moment. It was over 90 degrees out. He said they had repairmen but he wanted to get it fixed for me. I was so happy. Came back the next week to do another requested repair. I am so pleased with this company. The fence was snapped like twigs because of the weak area in the center of the lot. We were holding it up with pieces of old posts! We called them in and they said they would have it ready no later than two weeks. Instead they had it ready in 10 business days. The team had the pillars up in two days! It was amazing to see how fast they worked. There was even a hiccup because of a tree branch that was growing through the hole they dug up for the concrete foundation. They worked hard to cut that down and get the area ready for the concrete pouring and laying of the foundation. I would HIGHLY recommend them because they were working hard despite the heat! He offered apologies if it was not conveyed. He should have honored the pricing quoted. $400/+tax total just to look at gates. Wasn't dressed for inspection and onsite all of 15 mins. After, were told there would be estimates sent for repairs, however, those were never provided and we were ghosted. No follow up emails or calls were responded to, therefore we DO NOT RECOMMEND for gates/electrical. He also operates under Automatic Gates of S. TX.
