Came in to get water months ago and the young lady there said they will be having sandwiches soon so today I'm starving and remembered coming here to get water and decided to try them out so I got a chicken salad sandwich it was very delicious the bun was soft and the chicken salad was fresh I will definitely come back for lunch soon read more

I always get the green drink and from time to time a shot of ginger. So I'm pretty simple in my order. They now carry pre made green drinks and there's no wait for that. I really enjoy coming to this place--it's a small, local business with good products, and I love supporting Black and brown-owned spots in our community since I'm latina myself. Unfortunately, my last two visits (one with a family member, one solo) left me disappointed with the service from one of the older female staff members. In both cases, there were issues with the transaction: - She carefully inspected my cash in a way that felt overly suspicious (holding it up to the light, etc.), which made me uncomfortable. - On one visit, she charged me for more gallons than I actually purchased. When I pointed it out, she said the price hadn't changed, but then added "you should have told me" when I explained I had fewer gallons. These felt like small overcharges or miscommunications that could have been handled more smoothly and politely. I didn't feel welcomed or valued as a regular customer. I hope the owners see this and can provide some training on friendly, accurate checkout processes--because everything else about the place is solid, and I'd love to keep coming back without these awkward moments. read more

Very nice clean, Older Lady is okay polite with a attitude but one thing i wish they worked on is timing. They work very slowly i recommend ordering over the phone and coming in like 10-5 min later other then that it's okay. Older guy is very respectful and always helpful. read more

She encouraged me to stop by their store Re uPh Water and the rest was history. I started telling family and friends to support as well. They started going more than me. Lol The store is great, customer service is great, and most importantly they have great products to help you stay healthy.
