My back was really tight and I had mentioned my IT bands because I've been dealing with them for about 8 years now. I was told they weren't tight and that they felt fine. As soon as we got started it was somewhat pleasant, but then it turned into pushing the knot on my neck back and forth without much warm up or oils. The conversation was nice with the therapists but I came hoping to relax and loosen up and I left more tense and was painfully sore the follow two days. I give two stars because the girls were very personable and sweet, but the massage therapy was not. I also drove from Meridian for the appointment so it wasn't worth the drive for me.
